This place was overall good. There were a few things I didn’t like & a few things that could be done to the property that would improve one’s stay. First was the pool when we got there was awful but i can say the following day someone came out to clean and fix it. Then there was the grill we couldn’t even cook on the grill due to the rust. One thing that could also improve the pool would be lighting, it’s no lights out by the pool a few string lights would do the job. Last but not least the there was one spot in the couch that obviously was worn out like no cushioning at all. I do think with that price for the rental that the furniture could’ve been updated a little. Besides the small things i mentioned the rental was nice.

Property management very fast, responsive and professional. House was clean and ready when we arrived. Outdoor furniture and dining room furniture a little worn but overall excellent stay! Very safe area. Close to EVERYTHING. Would recommend to other families visiting the area.

I’ve stayed here twice now, each time the location is in tiptop shape. Clean and spacious with plenty of rooms and restrooms. The pool is great and was clean as well. I had zero issues during my stay. The only suggestion I could make is for more communication from whoever’s in charge.

Perfect size and location for my family and I. With 3 kids, having a pool in the backyard and beach right around the corner was perfect! Grocery shopping and lots of restaurants nearby to choose from. We enjoyed our stay so much we would definitely return!
