We had the most amazing week ever! Unit 2104 was absolutely GORGEOUS!!!! The view from the balcony was beautiful! It was the best place for morning coffee and we could send the teens down to the beach to crab hunt and watch from the balcony. We even got to meet the owner of the condo and was able to let him know how much we enjoyed our stay. The tower was under renovation but did not hinder our time there. We will definitely stay here again!

"GORGEOUS" is exactly what we hoped to accomplish. The Owner just completely remodeled the unit and it is absolutely beautiful. Room 2104 was beautiful and very clean! The view from the balcony was amazing! The only down side of tower 2 is how far you are from the pool. Which for my family wasn’t that bad, we go to the beach for the beach, not the pool. Construction was happening to the exterior of the building, which we knew before we went. The only bad thing about the construction going on, was only 1 elevator was working. Only 1 elevator meant waiting at times and the construction workers used that 1 elevator also. Several times the construction workers would leave the elevator a mess. I would highly recommend room 2104, and even with the construction, I would book this room again!

We loved our stay in this awesome condo. The views are amazing from the living room and master bedroom. The condo is very spacious and had everything we needed. Wonderful amenities and close to shops and restaurants. We will definitely be staying here again and are referring our friends to stay in this condo.

Loved the accommodations. Very clean and very safe. Best part was how close to the beach it was and you didn't have to walk very far. Loved the Bric A Brac restaurant which was within walking distance.

Every thing was great, but the units floors were filthy black hair all on the floors . Who ever is cleaning is doing a ****** job. My wife went to Target and bought a Swiffer Mop to clean the floors because we had a 18 month there

My family and I had a great time in Destin, our condo was nice, the only thing we had issue with is the stove front burners did not work, and I would suggest some new cookware, pool was not convenient, we loved the view and beach access. We enjoyed some of the area restaurants, Crab Island for a day and para-sailing. Overall the vacation there was very nice. Thank you Annette G

It was okay, not great. Swimming pool is too far away from the condos. People in the condo above us was very noisey late into the night. Beach chair availability was too limited.

The reason I never completed the review earlier is that I am scheduled to stay here until April 15th. However it is close enough now to my departure that I can complete your survey. The condo was nice and clean although it is showing it's age somewhat. The management staff was very friendly and helpful. I hope to return next year.
