Overall Comment
The location and facility was great! The response from the property management was quick, but we still had issues that needed fixed. We only had one working TV with no cable options. The Internet did get fixed, but was not available throughout the house. We also had an AC issue that took a couple of days to fix.
The place was fabulous and the location was very convenient to the beach, the pool, and the local attractions.

I spend a lot of time in the Destin area and have rented many properties over the years. Some great and some not so great. This one not so great. This property clearly needs some serious maintenance. The sliding door to the top floor deck will not open as the property is settling. The main entrance door with access keypad does not open and close properly. While the property is nicely furnished, it is quite dated and in need of replacement. Bar stools and dinning room chair seats are broken down. The outside furniture is very old and cheap. The TVs are small vintage 80s and do not support streaming. Most frustrating, the toilets do not flush well and require you to constantly reset the toilet tank seal. Spa tub does not work and drained water out to the floor. The outside BBQ grill is rusting away and dangerous to use. Given the abundant rental options in the area, one could certainly find a nicer property.

We enjoyed our stay in this beach home. The home was clean and well maintained. Air conditioner worked great and the home was very comfortable. Great location close to the beach and shopping. Beautiful pool, but unfortunately the water was really cold so we couldn’t enjoy the pool. Overall great vacation!
