No Refrigerator Entire Trip

Overall Comment
Great location & property. HOWEVER... extremely poor response from owner & property management after arriving to broken refrigerator. I reached out directly to the owner in a cordial email regarding no ability to keep cool (more less frozen) ANY of the items we brought expecting a "full kitchen." Multiple emails back & forth resulted in no fix or replacement of the fridge for 5 days & 4 nights w/ my 6 yr old girl & wife looking to me to help resolve this SIGNIFICANT issue. Temporarily borrow a fridge from a vacant condo, buy a new fridge from down the road or at least send a person to attempt a repair! NONE of those solutions took place between 7/21/23 & 7/25/23. We obviously lost food & had no way to bring drinks/food to the beach b/c we were attempting to salvage what we could, using our two ice chests we brought. It was ice down, drain, repeat w/ these two medium ice chests for all 5 days. Ice is pricey in Miramar Beach, FL too. More importantly, I filled my end of the agreement & paid over $1,400 for a full kitchen condo in advance of our vacation. This owner & Destiny Beach Properties are guilty of a astonishing level of NEGLECT in filling their end. At that point, it was not too surprising that no one reached out to me w/ an apology, explanation or attempt at compensation after we left this disaster & went home. The cherry on top is that after I reached out to Destiny Beach Properties, I was offered $200 for my $1,400 disaster of an investment. What a joke
