We enjoyed our stay at Shoreline Towers, Unit 1034. The unit is nice, however, there were a couple of maintenance issues. One was resolved during our stay, the other was not.Oven door handle fell off, we were unable to use the oven the entire week!! Free beach setup is a plus!! Nice to have chairs and umbrella set out daily!

I am glad you had a wonderful vacation while staying here with us in Destin Florida. I do apologize for the oven handle. It had broken with the last renters and we ordered the part and as we all know, right now, parts are back ordered throughout the country, so we do ask for patience when it comes to things like this. We were able to get the handle a few days later and install it. The oven is in perfect working order now. It is very nice to have beach set up for you when you head down to the beach isn't it? We love having that option for renters. We hope to see you and your family next season!

This was a good unit. Close walk to the beach. The unit could use some upgrades furniture wise and some better storage in the kitchen but I would definitely rent it again.

The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean, and we loved the easy access to the beach. Super convenient! The beach service was very nice, however, one afternoon we were rushed out of our chairs. We weren't sure what time the service was to end, but it was 5:51 PM, so it seemed a little early to us. There is a pool, but it is not as close as the beach is to the unit, so we never even tried it out. The property management was excellent. We had a couple of issues (AC and bathtub drain), but both problems were corrected promptly. The condo was nicely decorated. Recommendations would be some kind of vent system over the oven, more than one dish cloth and towel, and tissues in the bathrooms. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again.

Condo was in excellent condition. It was clean and had all of the amenities we needed for our stay. King bed was comfy and the added bonus of 2 queens in the additional bedroom was nice. Little to no waiting for elevators. Grounds were nice. Carts for unloading/loading cars were plentiful. Proximity to beach was great; 5 minutes from beach chair to condo. Late night noisy neighbors below us were quickly taken care of by security. Easy checkin/out process. Beach was crowded (as expected...it’s June!) Beach service was excellent. Grateful it was included with our condo. Shoreline Towers is conveniently located to everything in Destin. A little too close to Target though. I think we went there every day! Would stay here again for sure!

Destin is our favorite vacation spot. It's where I get my sanity back! The last couple of years we have stayed in different condos/locations throughout Destin and Miramar. We absolutlely loved Shoreline Towers 1034. Free beach setup is also a must for us, and this unit included it. Overall, the unit was great. Newly remodeled which we enjoyed. The main/guest bathroom could use some updating, but overall was great for our teenagers. The Master Bath was wonderful. We loved everything about that bathroom. We did have a few bed linens that were stained or dirty and I did wash all of the floor mats in the bathrooms and kitchen. The unit had an odor when walking in, but we bought some candles (and left those for the next guests :) ) but after a few days, it went away. I would suggest that maybe its coming from the "laundry room". That room had an odor that lasted throughout our stay. I also particularly loved that the unit had a screen door. I love being able to leave my front door open at home and see out, so that was a wonderful/familiar feature I enjoyed. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and in this unit. The beds were comfortable, the unit was great, the grounds were well kept and the beach service was excellent. I would suggest maybe updating the check-in/check-out procedures. Places we've stayed in the past have coded door locks and everything is sent prior to your stay via email. I know not all places are like that, but the last several years we've only had door codes / gate codes and never stopping by an office to get keys or drop keys off. That would definitely not be our make or break decision, but those things are nice "features". But it is also nice to have an office on site should an immediate issue/need arise.

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view! This condo was very spacious and well stocked. Very close to fantastic restaurants and activities. The only issue we had was that our washer was leaking quite a bit of water and we had to have a maintenance man come out and check things out. He couldn’t get it fixed and after he left we never heard from anyone about what was being done regarding the washer. One reason we rented this condo was b/c it had a washer and dryer in it. We had to call down to the office and ask them what was going on and we were told it would be replaced by the end of the week. We left on Saturday and it hadn’t been replaced yet. We ended up having to wash our clothes in the public laundry rooms which thankfully, were right down the hall. Other than that, everything was perfect. There was a ramp all the way down to the beach which was fantastic b/c our son is in a wheelchair.

We stay at Shoreline properties twice a year and have been in many condos. This condo is by far our favorite. Kitchen was fully stocked with enough dishes, tastefully decorated and not overcrowded with stuff. The only issue was the washer leaked (being replaced) so we couldn't use it but Shoreline was so helpful dealing with this from the maintenance staff, housekeeping to the awesome ladies in the office. We have already booked two trips in 2019 in this condo. Thank you Beth and Bruce for sharing your slice of heaven.

This vacation rental condo was amazing. The staff was very friendly and any issues we had was taken care of in a timely manner. The condo itself was very clean and everything you need is in the condo. The lighted up and heated toilet in the master bathroom was awesome. There was plenty of room to accommodate a family of 4-6. I definitely would rent this condo again.

I wasn't sure if this condo would live up to the pictures, but it absolutely did! The condo was very clean, well equipped, spacious and the view was fantastic. We enjoyed turning off the a/c, opening the big sliding doors and being able to hear the waves where ever we were in the condo. The beach umbrella and chair service was a nice surprise. We would definitely stay in this unit again!

This is a great unit and does have all you could possible need or want in a vacation rental. The homeowners have done a great job updating their unit and work hard to make sure this vacation rental is enjoyed by anyone making it their summer vacation destination. We had a great time! The view was awesome and the condo was even nicer than we expected! We watched a wedding from our balcony one evening and the staff was very helpful when we had questions . The only downfall was the smaller beach area , but it was only really crowded one out of four days. Overall I would give it 4 stars !

Beautifully furnished and very clean. The bed in the master was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. The view was lovely and the beach pristine. I can't wait to visit again for longer then a weekend!

We loved the room and the remodel. It's stocked nicely . BUT LET ME GET TO WHY WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!! THE BEACHFRONT IS AWFUL!! Some of the condo owners come down on the weekends and stay we were there two. They have their chairs formed in large half circles that take up from mid beach to front. They don't want you anywhere near them. If you have your own chair you are treated like a homeless person there. I have never in all my beach staying life been so un happy on a beach front. Their are several families together that sit like this. One group has Who Dat on their umbrellas. All of them have their names imprinted on their chairs and umbrellas. All we had were the short beach side chairs that take up no room. The chair rental guy is just as rude, If you don't rent a chair from him. We had to sit on the next property beside this one. Many guest we met had the same complaints.

Mrs. Holt I am so sorry you had a bad experience with the beach service. However, a lot of our homeowners have beach chair service that they make available to the guest staying in their unit. You may have seen chairs set up for those units and not necessarily for the homeowners. The reason they put the chairs in loops is to allow more people to have a better water view. I am however very glad to hear you enjoyed Unit 1034. This is a new homeowner to our program and they spent a lot of time upgrading the unit and making it one people would want to visit again and again. Beautifully decorated and well stocked unit. I highly recommend this unit. The glass shower is gorgeous. The only negative was the lack of beach frontage. Unoccupied beach chairs were set up in the front row everyday for owners who never show up limiting the space guests could use.

"Only thing we missed was BRANDON,Umbella's. The two down there now just don't give the umbrellas the attentiuon they need...we had rented for the week, and the first day I got to my umbrella (with my name on it
) there were about 10 people that had camped on it and the umbrella next door..which was also rented..I had to explain to them that these were reserved...Brandon would have already taken care of that...where on where is Brandon???
