The condo was very nice and great access to the pool being on the bottom floor. When I walked in I saw they had Tennessee Vols pictures on the walls, being a Vols fan myself it was pretty awesome.

The location is great. Ground floor is very nice. The check in time could be earlier and check out later. The condo is in need of a good deep clean, so much dust! The quality of linens is in need of an upgrade. It would be really nice if there were somewhere to grill other than just in the parking lot by the dumpsters. My biggest suggestion would be customer service. The beach attendant is not a super helpful guy unless you hand him a boat load of cash, and when I spoke to the office it was not something they are involved in as the beach attendants are a third party, seems some quality control there to ensure your guests have a great stay would be nice. We enjoyed our visit, but we will be staying elsewhere moving forward.

We were very pleased with our accommodations,, all of the amenities were great . We stayed in a ground level unit which was perfect . We were right at the pool and super close to the ocean . It was clean , but could’ve been cleaner . Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would def stay there again .

Convenient location. The beach is just a minute walk away from the condo. Having a full kitchen really helps. The pool is very clean and heated. Check in process is quick. A number of stores are nearby such as Target and Walgreens.

Our unit was very nice. It has recently been renovated and it shows. We had friends stay at the same complex and their unit was much older and not nearly as nice.
The location was perfect for us. Walk out the doors and you are at the pool. We could sit in the living room and watch our daughter swim. We didn't have a view of the ocean...but for us poolside was much better.
Only issues were at check-in...we arrived early and gave our cell phone for them to text us when the room was ready. We basically waited in our car for 3 hours and then I went back inside and found out that the room was ready, but no one bothered to text us!
There is no laundry in the unit and not a lot of towels, so either bring extras from home or plan to pay to do laundry. There is a towel exchange on Mondays and Thursdays...but that wasn't enough for us, so we ended up having to wash things.

We had a fabulous time at the Holiday Surf and Racquet club. We have been staying here every September for a week for a girlfriend get a way. It's close to everything and especially the beach. Great pool. Close to outlet mall and Winn Dixie. Sea side is a short drive. We wish they had on site recycling of plastic but we found a place near by to take it. We don't like the taste of Florida water.

Overall loved the condo. We continue to return every year because of the updated features and cleanliness of this specific unit #113. We noticed a few very minor things. The arm on the couch had a stain on it but we kept a towel on it so it was fine. Also, we could of really used a laundry basket, which we had access to last year. We flew into Destin this year so we had limited amounts of personal supplies this time. The toilet seat in master bath was a little different bc it kept getting off center. Maybe just needed to be tightened up. Otherwise, excellent condo and we highly recommend for the price!

The unit 113 is lovely and the renovations were well done. We love coming here. This is our 4th year. Most rentals are in great shape, the staff is wonderful. The beach staff, Foley, is very friendly and keeps us informed of any weather or ocean conditions that might concern us.

This was our 3rd yr returning, love it! Only wish, washer and dryer in unit, BUT everything else makes up for that... so I've learned to do without and still absolutely love love love your place! Hoping it doesn't get too crowded or too expensive, bc we love it so much!
