Our first stay at this property and could not have asked for a better location in the area. Clean, uncrowded beach, uncrowded pool, everything we needed was provided in the unit. As an AirBnb host, I would recommend the mattress in the main bedroom be replaced as it is lumpy with huge dips (the only reason for not giving this a 5 star rating on codition). We would definitely book this unit again!

we've been staying at huntington by the sea every summer for the last 10 years. we love it. condos are very nice and accommodating. beautiful beach view also. my fav part is that it's a family oriented place. the private beach never gets overcrowded. we will be staying again next year. our only problem with the condo is the toilet in the guest bathroom kept overflowing and one of the sliding glass doors in the main bedroom wouldn't lock. other that that...all aces.

From booking to stay the entire experience was great! Aaron with Destiny has been great to work with when it comes to booking. The unit is always clean and as advertised. Our trip went very smooth because Destiny did their part.
We LOVE HBS for so many reasons and have stayed in the building 10 plus years. Maria is on site daily to make sure things are clean, orderly and people act as expected. The chair rental company has great employees and quality equipment. The beach is private and much less crowded than most beaches near by. HBS is conveniently located to everything!
It’s checks all our boxes year after year!

Three Little Ladies at the Beach

We vacationed with my daughter and her family including three little ladies under the age of five. It was their first time at the beach. We had heard from others who had stayed at Huntington, however, we were just blown away. We travel to Hawaii every year and stay at a lot of very really nice places, however, this was just fabulous. The property was extremely clean. Every day we saw a lovely friendly lady cleaning the pool, elevator, sidewalks, working on the flower beds... We had a little issue at first with our reserved four chairs, however, even with this the very friendly chair attendant took our word for it and a quick call to the management company and all was well. The condo was simply beautiful and with three little ladies it was nice to have space to spread out. We were able to cook every day (makes me want to remodel my kitchen) and enjoyed the kid friendly table. The showers were built for a day in the sand. I have to really think to come up with any even better ifs...perhaps run some Drano through the master bedroom sinks and check the filter on the kitchen water purifier (ran a little slow). I would recommend this property albeit I'd like to just keep it for my family. One additional note...we had two days of double red flag weather. It was obvious on the last day that it should be one red flag. Even the beach patrol was so friendly stopping by and communicating that they were working to resolve. Our four year old granddaughter could not understand when it was time to leave. Thank you for allowing us to utilize this beautiful property.
Regarding food we did a mix of carry-out and kid friendly places. We loved the surf hut that we could walk to on the beach. Lu Lu's was great as was Pompano Joe's. All were noisy and kid friendly and the food was good. I also wish we had a Winn-Dixie back home. The outlet mall across the street was great on the red flag day too. We went to the Marriott property and they had great kid play

The location is outstanding and our favorite on the beach. The unit has a wonderfully open floor plan to host multiple families for meals. The beverage frig was great, but didn't work until someone in our group worked on it. The water filter also was messed up and dripped continually and not much water came out of it. we didn't use it.The doors in the master closet looked like there are going to fall off track and washer had mold in the rubber insert. The handle to one of the sliders came off with an hour of being there and we need to fix it. One of the doors to the balcony was not able to be used because it was so hard to open because of the tracks being full of sand or something. We LOVED this unit and would have given it a 5 star review if we didn't have to deal with all these things. We hope these things can be fixed so the next people will have a better stay. We would love to stay here again if these items were addressed. We would recommend this unit to a friend if the items are addressed.

Huntington By The Sea 502--- if you are looking for a relaxing beach front vacation , this is your place. We had the most beautiful view of the ocean from every room. The covered balcony was a great place to just sit back and enjoy the ocean view and sound. If you wanted to sit on the beach, it's only steps away. The inside of this condo was top notch- you will love every part of your stay, like we did. Have a wonderful stay and God Bless you:)
