We really enjoyed our stay in Destin. Our condo was great. Four of us and our small dogs enjoyed the easily accessible building amenities and close proximity to the beach. This condo is conveniently located on the property, making it easy to reach the beach, our vehicle, and other areas of the property. The only minor issue was the poor Wi-Fi signal and poor cable television signal. Otherwise, the condo itself was comfortable and clean.

Location was perfect! Walkout was great for dog.
Property managers were very responsive.
Plenty of room.
The only two items of concern were the sheets for the beds were covered in fuzz balls or pilling from being old. The sofa bed must be broken because you are basically sitting on the floor.
Would return to this unit if the living room furniture is replaced.

We stayed from 12/26/22-1/2/23. Overall it was a good experience. The condo was perfect for our family of 5 and our fur baby. The location is great. We were able to walk to Pompano Joes and Kenny D's for food and drinks. The beach is beautiful, clean and not crowded at all this time of year. The heated pool is a major bonus when visiting in December. There are just a few things that need attention. The condo was clean for the most part. The glass door out to the patio needs cleaned as the glass was very foggy. The patio itself needs a good cleaning. We did not use the patio since there was a lot of bird poop and debris as if it hadn't been cleaned since summer. The wall above the toilet in the hall bath was growing a dust sweater and definitely needs cleaned. There were no potholders in the unit so getting hot items out of the oven was quite a challenge. Other than those few things, the place was well taken care of and nothing was a deal breaker for coming back. If we visit in the summer I would love to use the patio if it is cleaned. Potholders for the kitchen is an easy fix and just some general cleaning/dusting is needed.

First off I can’t say enough about the location of this unit in proximity to the beach as well as pools. The unheated pool has a great view of the ocean and is only steps away from the condo unit. The heated pool & hot tub are a little further however can be gotten to within 3 minutes or so. This condo had plenty of space for everyone in our party and many areas were cleaned appropriately such as showers/toilets, kitchen, etc. The downside was housekeeping seems to focus on these things and leaves many other areas out. We had to wear our sandals when inside or else we would have dirty feet and most certainly a better job of dusting is needed. For example the hanging light fixture over the dining table is covered in thick dust. The heating and air vents on the walls also have been leaving a layer of dust on the walls around the vent but it wouldn’t be hard to remedy these things. Also, each bedroom as well as the living room have a tv but the remote situation was bad. 2 bedrooms and the living room all have cable and a remote but only one remote of the 3 would turn the volume up/down in the living room. The 3rd bedroom only has a roku tv but no remote could be found so it was useless. Not a huge deal to us but again these things need to be looked after a bit better by the cleaning service. Even with the housekeeping issues we would definitely stay here again.

Love being able to bring my dogs. AC was nice and cool. Location was great. Two chairs and one umbrella included in beach setup. Living room furniture was a little older, but it was about what one would expect in a rental that allows pets. ��
