The vacation rental was clean and inviting. We had trouble with the TV in the bedroom and the TV for the bunk area didn't have access to a plug. The rest of the unit was great!

We really enjoyed our time on 30A. The location was great, the neighbors were very friendly, the pool was clean and so refreshing! The only thing I wish is that the beach access was closer. It isn't crazy far but it would be nice to have a closer access. The unit was very clean, well decorated and stocked with bath and hand towels. There were also some beach chairs which was a very nice added bonus! I would recommend Poinciana Place #211 and would also stay there again.

The house was beautiful and clean, perfect for relaxing after the beach! It rained a bit when we were there but the two TVs and great kitchen space made for a good space to hang out while we waited for it to stop. Loved the guidebooks and coupons left in the adorable shovel and pail with snacks. Close walk to the beach and close drive to many other shops and restaurants around the area - we would love to come again and would highly recommend staying here!

Our condo experience was necessary due to moving out of our home. It was a pleasant surprise walking in to see 2 sleepers, a day bed, and a bedroom with a full bed. The kitchen too with necessities. This condo was perfect location wise with having Winn Dixie across the street, the Surf Hut entrance not far to enter the beach as well as a walk path to restaurants. Also, can’t beat a pool right downstairs.

A Great Couples Retreat For Sure!!

If you are not aware of Miramar Beach then you're missing out. Take the time to do your research, then book your stay here!!
PROS- The property is east of the hustle and bustle of what we would consider as the "tourist trap" near the harbor district. My wife and I were able to enjoy the pool and the beach all in the same day. The rental unit is extremely clean and well equipped for a couple or possibly a party of three. The grounds are extremely well maintained. You can easily walk to several retail & restaurant locations.
Cons-
We only had two minor gripes, and only one was more so about the unit itself. Contrary to the other reviews, the beach access is actually farther than expected. When it's 89° and super humid it feels even farther. For us, it was easier to haul our gear to the beach in our vehicle.
The bed was actually smaller than expected, (closer to a full size). The bedroom is large enough for a king sized bed and would've been much more comfortable to sleep on.
Overall Evaluation-
This location is a true diamond in the rough compared to the mega hotels and condos surrounding it. Knowing what we do now about Destin and Miramar Beach we would definitely consider staying here again in the future and feel comfortable referring others to this rental property.

We loved being able to cross a small street to the expanse of a gorgeous beach! The beach access and it’s location next to Surf Hut was perfect and so easy to do! If you wanted/needed to drive the 1 minute drive to the beach access area there was always available/free parking. There are several very good restaurants in the area. As well as a 2 minute walk to the Winn Dixie. Tons of shopping and an outlet mall right there across the highs behind the rental property. Quiet and pleasant even with nearby shopping. Only negative was extreme lack of cooking dishes, no toaster etc.
