Emerald Coast Seafood Festival: Pensacola

The Emerald Coast takes pride in serving the freshest seafood right out of their back yard, the Gulf of Mexico. That's why Seafood Festivals are an Emerald Coast tradition and are anxiously anticipated by locals and guests! This is a celebration of sea delicacies taking place every year from Pensacola to Panama City. Our first stop for delicious seafood is Pensacola!

The Fiesta of Five Flags 36th Annual Pensacola Seafood Festival will be held on Friday, September 27th through Sunday, September 29th. Enjoy a smorgasbord of delicious conch, seafood gumbo, oyster croquettes, soft shell crab, coconut shrimp, Caribbean crab cakes and the list goes on. All these dishes will be served for your tasting at the historic Seville Square in downtown Pensacola. Browse through over 180 artisans and craftsmen from across the country as they display their talent.

Voted "Best Annual Food Event" by Best of the Coast, the Pensacola Seafood Festival serves up samples of mouth-watering seafood dishes from the area's top restaurants! Along with tasting you can learn how to create your favorite dish at home with cooking demonstrations from local chefs. Live music from local entertainment will perform in Fountain Park and an exciting activities area will be offered for the kids, making it fun for the whole family.

An added event for the occasion is the Pensacola Seafood Festival Don McCloskey 5K. This is a walk/run race event that is one of the most competitive 5K's in the area. The race is held on Saturday, September 28th, so you can run off any festival fare that was enjoyed on Friday and make room for some more!
