There’s no better place to spend the holidays then the beautiful beaches along the Emerald Coast of Florida! Trade the cold white snow for powder white sand and sunshine. When you’re not frolicking at the beach check out these exciting holiday happenings along the Emerald Coast!  

If staying in a 30A vacation rental, make sure to pack an ugly sweater. Redd’s Fueling Station hosts their annual Ugly Christmas Sweater Party on December 21st at 7:30pm. You’ll enjoy good times, good food and live music from the Forrest Williams Band. Local Catch will host their Annual Tacky Christmas Party on December 22nd at 8:00pm. You can put that ugly sweater of yours to good use with two parties featuring food, fun and live music! 

If staying in a Miramar Beach vacation rental, you’ll want to check out Baytowne Wharf’s 12 Nights of Light. Watch three dazzling shows on the Villages tree every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday leading up to Christmas. Just in case you are missing the snow Baytowne Wharf invites you to a Winter Wonderland on December 22nd at 9:00am. The Event Plaza will be full of real snow! Slide down the ice slide and make snow angels. It’s a day full of holiday fun for the whole family. 

If staying in a Beach vacation rental in Destin, head to the Destin Commons for a Jolly Jubilee. Get into the holiday spirit with Emerald Coast Theatre Carolers on December 22nd from 1:00-3:00pm and December 23rd from 3:00 to 5:00pm. Shop for last minute gifts at over 60 stores or enjoy a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants. 

If staying in a Destin vacation rental by the harbor, make your way over to HarborWalk Village. On December 21st from 6:00-8:00pm, you can sing along to your favorite holiday tunes as all the classics will be played live. December 22nd at 5:00pm, bring a blanket and watch Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer & Frosty the Snowman on the big screen under the stars. 

If staying in a Perdido Key vacation rental, bring the crew to Downtown Pensacola on December 22nd. As part of Winterfest you can enjoy Mini Scrooge-Tour, a Holiday Play. If tunes from the 40s and 50s are more your style, check out Blue Anchor Belles free holiday concert held at the NAS Museum. Its holiday fun for the whole family!
