Sign up today to play the Emerald Bay Golf Club in a Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation charity golf tournament to support art, music and education in Okaloosa and Walton Counties. 

Corporate sponsor for $500 includes name sign on tee box; golf for four; cart; lunch; wine/beer drink tickets and dinner. 
Individual players for $100 includes golf; cart; lunch; wine/beer drink tickets and dinner.

Registration is 11:00 a.m., followed by lunch and a 1:00 PM Shotgun Start/Scramble.  Promote your business with a $100 donation to be a hole sponsor.
