The location and size of the property are perfect for what we needed. Our only issue was that upon arrival the property wasn't as clean as we would have hoped. It looked like the previous guest had a large party so I am sure that housekeeping had a big job so we understand, but we kept finding cupcake wrappers, confetti and balloon fragments all over the dwelling which was an issue having a crawling/walking infant. We also had to request that the main level be mopped again as the floors were pretty dirty. But, management sent housekeeping back to clean the floors and then later to replace a beeping smoke detector. Overall, we had a great week and the price was great for the location and management handled our issues quickly. Great vacation!

Our stay was wonderful. Beautiful home with lots of outdoor space and lots of windows overlooking the pool. They neighborhood is family oriented and quiet. The only negative is that the refrigerator and dishwasher were in need of repair, but still functioning well enough to get by for a week.

This home was perfect for a spring break trip with two families. The house had pretty much everything we needed. The kids had an awesome time at the pool and the beach access was only about two blocks away. Only thing I would suggest is to buy disposable forks if you are going to eat in house with more that 4 people, because there are only 4 forks. The bedrooms are on the bottom floor and the 3rd floor and with a middle living room so the kids could go to bed and it wasn’t too noisy for us adults to stay up and visit and enjoy the balcony. There are several attractions that are only a 5-10 minute drive, we didn’t find a shortage of fun things to do and actually wished we had more time to explore Destin. We would definitely rent this same place again in the future.

We loved our month at the 132 St Tropez property in Destin. The house was spacious with nice flat TVs in all bedrooms and the living room. Beds were all comfortable and the balcony was large and nice on each floor. All appliances were of top quality and worked well. It was a short stroll over to the beach/ocean. We had a very relaxing month at the property.

Our stay at this rental was breathtaking. We enjoyed everything. The house was gorgeous except for a couple of things not working ie...master and upstairs bedroom slide doors and dvd player in master bedroom. We had a blast and looking forward to rent again in March....

Beautiful Vacay Home

This rental property looked even better in person. It has a unique feel with the 3 floors connected by the spiraling staircase. We loved the view from the balconies, that overlooked the pool. The house came with a few board games, puzzle, DVD's for inside activities and beach chairs and pool floats. Plenty of extra towels, pillows and hotel type toiletries were provided. We could only find 1 other review for this rental and it made me a little worried when they complained about the beach access and the actual beach being small and that you have to sit behind the beach rental umbrellas and chairs. But we found the beach to be completely fine. We weren't crowded and it was no problem to sit behind the rentals. We actually laid our towels and chairs behind them, but spent most of our time in the water or sitting at the edge of the water. Our only negative thoughts (but these are not by any means deal breakers) were that the toaster for a huge home that can sleep 11, was only a 2 slice toaster. Also that the helpful binder of rental info left in the living room area, does not specify which beach access to go to. Maybe a picture of the beach access sign, along with a brief description/map of how to get to the access placed in the binder would make it easier for guests. Once we figured it out, it was less than a 5 min easy walk to the beach. You simply go out of the gated community, turn right, go about 1/2 a block down the main road and then cross the street at the pedestrian crosswalk and walk through the restaurant parking lot to the beach access (it read RV Rental Beach Access). Overall both adults and teens loved this house.
