Overall Comment
This condo was perfect for a relaxing vacation! The beach service is a bonus as well! The only issue we has was the garbage from the previous renters was still in the trash can when we arrived and had to throw it away (it was really gross garbage) but not a huge deal. The condo was very clean other than that! We also locked our keys in one day and the security man was very helpful in letting us back in to get them. Perfect location close to everything needed!

Not the best vacation, but it has nothing to do with the room. Room was perfect. View was awesome, nothing to complain about. The air conditioning was not circulating into our bedroom but was fixed right away, and had no issues whatsoever.

Everything was good except the washing machine was broke when we arrived and no one told us so when I used it, it flooded the kitchen and when I called they said they would send someone tomorrow and I had to clean up the mess. Then they were bringing a new washer, I waited 2 different days for it, it didn't come which wasted my vacation time. Then it was delivered on the day I told them not to deliver because we would be gone on a boat all day Lucky for them my husband stayed in sick and was there. Then a refrigerator repair man showed up at our door without calling to repair the refrigerator that was also broken and we had no idea. I feel these repairs that they already new about should have been scheduled on Saturday before we checked in. Other than that we had a wonderful time!

Shoreline Towers is very familiar to us and our taste is modest, so this is a good location. The website shows this unit as newly remodeled, but it did not appear to have been updated in quite some time. The washer leaked water on the floor throughout our trip, as did the fridge. The blinds in the master bedroom were broken, and when I called the desk to report it, they already knew about it but had left it that way. Overall good trip, but this unit is OK at best. Close proximity to the beach and a pretty good view helped alleviate some of those minor issues with the property itself.

Thank you for writing your review for Unit 2072, Beachfront Vacation Rental. This past winter the Owners came in and repainted, laid all new flooring, put in new beds and did other updates throughout the the unit. It is their plan to continue to make upgrades next fall when the unit is not booked. When you turned in your paperwork there was no mention of blinds. You reported fridge issues and we had a maintenance man come up and then appliance man. I am glad you had a good time in Unit 2072 and and "overall good trip". We look forward to your next visit. Overall Comment
The condo was comfortable and check in and check out were a breeze. We loved the balcony and enjoyed watching the sun rise on the balcony. The beach was not too crowded and was easily accessible from our condo. The pool was heated and we really enjoyed it. Great location to shopping, great restaurants and plenty of activities - but a little off the beaten path so that we were not hung up in the super crowded spring break area near the Back Porch.

Totally enjoyed our stay at Shoreline Towers. Some Upgrades have been done to the condo, which are great, and it is very well equipped. Enjoyed the balcony in this unit, as we can use it in the rain and when it's cool outside. Will be staying here again!

One of the persons who stayed in this unit told me that the mattress in the front bedroom was so lumpy that she could not sleep in it. I did not see that condition but it was very soft. I'll Let STAR check it out.
