Quiet Area,clean and plenty of room

Overall Comment
The property was very clean. Close to the beach and even included a much needed golf cart. Plenty of beds/bedrooms for our party.The community pool was right nextdoor and not used much by others which was great. Because it was the summer months,the pool would be too warm so don't expect to cool off.
The property is located in a not too busy area and close to other towns.
If I had to be picky, I would say there's not enough comfortable seating for everyone (depending how many guests) and there were a few missing/needed items in the kitchen like oven mitts and tongs. I didn't see any grilling utensils although I didn't check at the grill.
I would highly recommend this house and rent it again

This house has everything! It is beautiful and comfortable. It’s offers all the amenities needed and is convenient to restaurants and the beach. Having the golf cart to drive was an added perk! The only downfall was the pool was unusable, but overall, a wonderful vacation getaway!

I took my family and nieces and nephews and we’ve always stayed in Destin and never Santa Rosa. We will never not stay in Santa Rosa now! We loved it. The house was clean and comfortable. I loved we could put all the younger ones upstairs and we slept in the master on the bottom floor. It was a short golf cart ride to the beach. We are excited about prebooking for next year! Thank you for a great stay!!!
