The condo was clean and it really was bright and beautiful! Nice view from the balcony however the sofa sleeper is TERRIBLE! Make sure to bring a blow up or some kind of thick mattress topper. I hate when they advertise sleeps 6 but you can’t use the pull out because of the mattress springs poking through.

Ariel Dunes 1 #1507 Great Escape

The condo was just as pictured on the website. Check in was easy since they send you the door code abt 48 hours before arrival. The unit was clean upon arrival. The only thing that I noticed that was sub par was the vents that held the filter. They could use a cleaning but other than that the unit was immaculate. We used Clorox wipes when we first got there and barely picked up any dirt on the cloths. The view from the balcony was amazing as well as when you walk out the units front door to wait on elevator! The walk to the beach was all of abt 3 minutes!! The unit provides two beach chairs and an umbrella and a wagon!! The kitchen was stocked well with dishes, keurig, and a lot of other usueful items. This unit did not disappoint!

Beautiful condo (just as pictured) and great location. I would definitely go back and recommend to others. The beach is great with super soft sand and only about a 3 minute walk from the condo. I was hoping for an early check-in but they did not allow that (I should’ve checked prior). Really no complaints, only great things to say about our stay!!

No complaints here....except the weather could have been a bit better and the stay even longer! The view is wonderful, the unit was very clean. We had one issue upon arrival (garbage disposal), called the # for maintenance and someone was at our door 10 minutes later. Great service!

Love, love Seascape, Ariel Dunes and especially Unit 1507. Great view of the Gulf, even from the kitchen sink! The area is very convenient to shopping at Silver Sands Mall and Destin Commons, to great restaurants, and many other places of interest. This condo is very clean, has a well equipped kitchen, and most importantly, is comfortable. Due to foggy damp weather, we spent more time in the condo than we normally would. We truly enjoyed being there. The owner’s have given attention to detail and the interior furnishings create a great beach escape.

We had an amazing vacation and absolutely loved our stay at Ariel Dunes I. The condo was lovely--well stocked, very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The view was gorgeous and the complex family friendly with a pool. We certainly plan to stay in #1507 again for any future trips to Miramar Beach.

When we arrived everything was great. We loved the location, close to the beach we did have to drive to a few things but overall great location. They did seem to have some problems with the elevators while we were there so that was kind of a small problem as we were on the 15 floor. On our last night a family did come to the unit above us and they were very LOUD!

This rental looks exactly like the pictures online. Extremely clean and well-decorated. Pools are very clean also with plenty of seating area. No noise from other units. The porch is large with a great view. You get one free activity per unit per day (golf, dolphin cruise, etc.). We will be back!

We just returned from a 5 night stay and we were very pleased with this condo. The pictures are spot on and the ocean view is amazing! The only thing I wished it had was an outside table. We used the small side tables but a table would have made it easier to eat outside.

We stayed in Ariel dunes 1 unit 1507. I gotta say our trip was blast. We were a bit worried about seeing reviews of the place was dirty and beds weren’t comfortable,and a few about ac not working correctly. Our unit was perfect we stayed for 5 days. Not a single problem with anything. The one issue we had which isn’t really an issue was a blender broke. Made a call and they had it replaced within 20 min. I absolutely enjoyed this place. The staff were more than helpful trying to find things to do around town. These people complaining all the time really need to get a life this place was great! My family and I will most definitely be returning again next year.

We could not have been happier with the location of the condo! It was a five minute walk to the beach!! The view from the condo was breathtaking. The unit was spacious, decorated beautifully, and very clean. The furniture was comfortable and clean. The unit was completely soundproof! Never heard a neighbor. The washer and dryer came in handy. We used the balcony everyday. Ariel dunes 1 was a great building. The elevators, gym, pools, and pool bathrooms were spotless! We would definitely rent this unit again!

Our experience was excellent. No problems at all. We were greeted with a beautiful view of the gulf the minute we opened the door! The unit is exactly as it looks in the pictures. It is so well done. It was short walk to the beach. And several restaurants are just a short walk away. It was great running and walking on the boardwalk as the sun came up. Absolutely wonderful!
