Close to the Beach

Property was spacious and 5 minute walk to the beach. Overall the building and amenities were great. The space was clean and well stocked. The large balcony was a big plus for us. My issue is that the email with check in information incorrectly gives instructions on how to obtain a second parking pass if traveling with more than one vehicle. The location given is incorrect and the actual office that issues extra passes closes at 5pm when check in is at 4. This information would have caused a much less stressful check in experience. Additionally, one of the pools pictured (and the one my family was looking forward to using) was not available for our building to use. It’s a pool for the neighboring condo.

Easy walk to a lovely beach

Overall, we were happy with the rental. The location was good, and we enjoyed the pool and close proximity to the beach and walking trail. The surfaces were cleaned well, but it looks like it had been awhile since the place has been painted or deep cleaned. We were pleased with the quick response when I contacted the management property, and our issue was resolved right away. Bigger families would need to bring extra bowls and plates if you planned to eat at this rental, as there were only 4 of each. The condo could use a piece or two of comfortable furniture, inside and out. Thankfully we didn’t spend too much time inside. Overall, this was a good place. Good price, good location, and plenty of space for our family.

#209 Ariel Dunes

We stayed with Destiny Beach Properties for a one week trip in a 2 bedroom condo in the Seascape resort area. The beach is within walking distance however with a 75 yr old woman we opted to take the beach shuttle. The property was clean upon arrival and well maintained. There was a struggle with toilets continuously being slow to flush, and overfilling, however we called about this concern and maintaince was out within 2 hours to fix this. The unit provided a lot of variety of cooking options (crock pot, stove top, oven, griddle, coffee maker). We enjoyed the pools, however we did observe that the Ariel Dunes pools have nothing for shade and they do not allow umbrellas. This is not a decision by Destiny Beach Property however Ariel Dunes should really provide some tables with umbrellas or other shade structures.

Roomy and tidy, love the decorations- so beachy! The beach was just a short walk if one uses the boardwalk over the pond! The beach and water was absolutely amazing!!!!! Can’t wait to go back.

Upon arrival everything was a smooth transition and laid out for us. The views was amazing and the condo was beautiful. My only critic is wishing the kids room had a tv and was a little more bigger but other than that I loved this placed!!!!!!

It was nice to finally stay in a place that was actually better than it looked online. Our family of 7 was comfortable throughout our stay and it is in a very good location. Everything we needed was within 10 to 15 minutes in either direction. I would recommend this unit for anyone looking for a get away.

I've gotten to stay at this condo twice now and it never disappoints. The location is great! It's situated right next to the beach, restaurants and shops. Whatever questions may arise, they were taken care of promptly. I know where I'll stay on my next trip to the emerald coast.

Overall it's a nice condo. Few lights out few door locks broke. View is to the pool. No view of oceon. Walk to beach wasn't bad. Pools and grounds are nice. If your okay with being off the beach it's a very nice complex.

The condo was great just wish we were given a heads up that Tents and canopies were no longer allowed on the seascape private beach. Seeing as though we have a 2 year old if we known ahead of time would had booked elsewhere. Great clean condo with everything you need though would definitely recommend if you don't mind not having a canopy to protect you from the heat.
