Great Stay

Overall Comment
This is one of the best properties we have ever stayed in at the beach. Not only was it perfect for us, it was great for the pups. The fenced in yard was a game changer so we didn't have to put on a leash every time we went outside with them. We walk our dogs twice a day as well so the quiet neighborhood was perfect for that. The walk to the beach was also not bad either. Loved the screened in porch. Also, not having to pack beach towels was a big plus as well! Frangista conveniently provided all the things you normally have to pack when you go on vacation- there were full size hand soaps in the bathrooms, plenty of dishwasher detergent pods, full size dish soap, aluminum foil, etc. They went above and beyond in my opinion- making this a VERY enjoyable, much needed trip for us! Being able to bring our dogs with us made it that much better. We love when we are able to take them- I wish more places would let you! Oh- and we have stayed in places before where you absolutely could tell that dogs had stayed there- hair everywhere, etc- but not this place. You never would have known. The cleaners were very good. Just another quick note- the ice maker in the fridge was really good. Made ice very quickly and would recover overnight from using all of it in a cooler daily. We can't wait to rent this house again!!!

We have stayed at "Good as it Gets" several times over the years and it has truly become our favorite Home away from Home for our family. It has all the amenities that we need and have come to expect, and everything is on a single level! We can't wait until our next visit to the area.

Went there for a baseball tournament and spent a few extra days on vacation. The house was great with good proximity to the beach, and the management company does a great job. They were very helpful and super attentive. I would book with them again - 100%!!

We had a wonderful stay at this Miramar Beach house and couldn’t recommend it more highly! The property had absolutely everything our family needed, making it easy to settle in and enjoy our vacation from day one. What really stood out was the property management team, who went above and beyond to be accommodating and were genuinely a pleasure to work with throughout our stay. It’s rare to find that kind of attentive, friendly service, and it made a real difference. We made some great memories here and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-equipped beach house in Miramar Beach with a management team that truly cares, this is the place. Highly recommend!

Family Spring Break

First time in the area and As Good As It Gets was the perfect rental for our family. Cottage feel, beautifully decorated and the screened in porch is where we spent most of our downtime for morning coffee, evening drinks and games with the family. The pool is in the backyard and was never very crowded. Nice fenced in yard for our dog. Very short walk to the beach and restaurants/stores. Quick drive to anything else we needed. Perfect location. The beds were very comfortable! The management company was very quick to respond.Will definitely look here again next time in the area!
