Overall Comment
We had initially booked another beachfront townhome for this trip. Ten days from our expected arrival, the owners canceled our rental. Benchmark provided us some alternatives, and we chose this home. Although it was not on the beach, it was very nearby; and the house couldn't have been more beautiful and beachy! We did arrive to no AC upstairs, but that was fixed before bedtime. Very quiet and peaceful home and neighborhood with everything you need for a great vacation.
