Rental as described. Location is lovely, feels out of the hustle and bustle yet anything you want to see or do is within a few miles. Private beach access is so convenient. Pool heat was lovely for March. Bicycles were fun for riding around the quiet community and to the beach.

We had 2 families that spent a week at Casa Lily. Any issues we had were quickly resolved. Pool was heated well all 8 days. Everything worked with the exception of the guest room washing machine. Bring a dustpan as there is not one there. Really enjoyed the backyard privacy, I don’t think we heard another person back there the entire trip. Pool maintenance men do show up regularly and walk straight into the backyard without saying anything to you that there will be a stranger walking around in your backyard for a period of time which scared my teenage daughters multiple times until they got used to it. All staff were extremely nice including the bike service lady. She also just started picking up our bikes and putting them on a random trailer one day and it scared my wife because she thought somebody was stealing our bikes until she ran outside and spoke with her.Very nice woman and pool maintenance staff. They need to communicate better so there isn’t confusion. Great location, 5 minute walk to the beach. 10 minute walk to great breakfast spots. Overall a great place to stay and even the owner called me personally one day on the golf course just to check and see if we needed anything and to clarify an earlier experience. Seems like a great family to rent from.

Vendors that are working outside at the rental homes in our area rarely give us notice as to a time that we may notify guest in house as they do show up weekly to preform maintenance outside. The stay was perfect for our large group of 12. The layout was great for 2 families with plenty of space. The inside of the house was exactly as pictured. We loved the large pool and the short walk to the private beach. We would rent again and Frangista was amazing to work with!

Location and subdivision were the absolute best! Easy walk or gold cart ride to a private beach which was amazing.
The house is a nice modern ranch with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for 2 families with children. Pool is very large and backyard has a wonderful screened in porch.
Overall loved the house! If anything to change maybe small cosmetic tweaks on landscape and inside wall bathroom fixtures that needed fixing.

Spring vacation in the Panhandle

This was absolutely the best family vacation. The beach was extremely close. The area was respectfully quiet and tranquil. The house was in walking distance of bakeries and some shops and very close to the Destin outlet mall. The house was impeccably kept and well furnished. It was beyond our dreams.

Beautiful mid century house

Overall Comment
We stayed at Casa Lily with our family of 5 during early fall. The house is not just beautiful but very clean, spacious and uncluttered. We enjoyed the design and décor of the house but our favorite part was the heated pool! The house is in such a beautiful and tranquil neighborhood. We rode our bikes around in the afternoons to the private beach, which was less than 5 minutes. The private beach inside the neighborhood was so nice and the water was absolutely beautiful. That’s why we love the Emerald Coast.
We’ll be booking Casa Lily again for sure. If you like midcentury modern homes, you’ll love this house. The house has a toned-down beach feel with a mcm style, it’s the perfect place to relax and spend time with the family. Shopping was super close too (outlets) and lots of great restaurants nearby. Our kids LOVED walking to the beautiful lake in front of the house too, which was an unexpected treat.
We’ve been vacationing in that area for many years and our favorite time to go is during the fall, just make sure you get a house with a heated pool.
