Great place right next to the beach!

End-unit on the first floor. About 3-4 minute walk to the beach. Has a private/gated beach access walkway. The condo is part of a larger complex, but parking is tightly controlled and we didn't have any issues. Check-in was easy and communication with management was pretty consistent. All new appliances, comfy beds, and well appointed. You won't need to purchase anything except for your food. Tons of beach gear, toys, umbrella, and a covered back patio. We had a bit of noise from the tenants above us, but it wasn't a huge issue. The master bedroom fan wasn't working, but other than that, it was perfect. Washer and dryer work great, and there's even a spare fridge in the laundry room if you need extra cold storage (beer/drinks). Will definitely consider staying again in the future.

The condo was exactly as described. Nice and Clean. The end unit was nice and quiet. Close to the pool, which was perfect to cool down in after a day at the beach. The only complaint was there weren't extra blankets for the 2nd bedroom

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very conveniently located to the beach and shops. It was mostly clean but could have been swept and bathroom cleaned a little more. Our main complaint was that the switch in the master bedroom that controls the light and fan didn’t work and we called about it, they said they would send someone to fix it but never did so we didn’t have an overhead light or ceiling fan in our bedroom the entire stay. Overall though, we enjoyed the condo.

Great little condo, easy walk to the beach, very well stocked and organized. Nice big patio with grassy area for kids to play in. Awesome kitchen. Ground floor makes loading and unloading easy. I would stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at the Ciboney by the Sea #1015. This condo is beautifully decorated, plenty of room to spread out, a patio to relax at night, a grill right out our back door to cookout, and great location. The condo is right across the street from the beach which was very nice. The only problem we had was with the was making a loud noise. The front desk finally took care of it and it was great. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in Destin.

Lovely condo. Very nicely decorated and had everything needed for our stay. Location was perfect, quick walk to the beach and Pompano Joes which had great seafood. Closest condo to the pool and bbq pits which we loved. Loved the back patio. Overall really enjoyed our stay.

This location is perfect for a beach getaway. The condo is nestled at the end of the complex on the bottom floor which was quiet, close to the pool and out of the way of pedestrian traffic. The beach is just steps away from great restaurants like Panpano’s, and just a few minutes drive from shopping, the grocery store and other beach activities. The condo was exceptionally clean and nicely decorated with new fixtures and amenities. Our family of 4 gives this VRBO two thumbs up!

We loved our month getaway here. The condo was very clean and located right across the beach. We appreciated how safe the property felt as it is tucked away from the street. We brought some kitchen items and were pleased to need none of the things we packed. The kitchen utensils/pots/pans were of great quality. Overall, we would come back here any time.
