Fort Walton spring break 2023 was very nice. The weather was perfect. We were there for high school softball games all week. Destin west was very accommodating and friendly. Salt water vacations was great. Friendly service each time I talked or emailed them! Would go through them again if we go back!

great location with pools, and lazy river

We loved our stay at Destin West 614. We enjoyed the pools and lazy river. We were able to walk to the majority of places for entertainment and restaurants. The only time we needed a car was to get groceries (we used an Uber instead). We walked to the local Tom Thumb station for convenience items, ate across the street at Rick's, went putt-putting next to Rick's, walked to the Boardwalk almost nightly for free entertainment (fireworks, Luau, live bands), had drinks at night at the Beach Bar next door with free live entertainment, and also went next door to The Island to The Grotto Swim Up Bar. We also ate lunch at the Beach Grille at The Island. The condo itself was nice with plenty of room. We had a family of 8 and loved our view from the 6th floor balcony, where we ate our breakfast each morning. We had trouble with the dryer not drying things. I emailed Salt Water Vacations and left a vm message in the evening, and maintenance came the very next morning to fix it. We would definitely stay in this condo again.
