Wanted to get-away for a few days to decompress on the beach with nothing to think about except if our beach walk would go East or West...
We like Edgewater and its location. Last visit was a few years ago with our family but this was just us empty nesters and Edgewater didn’t disappoint.
#700 was nice with great views. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

Place was great! Awesome location, very clean, loved the view. Even though it was right next to the elevator was quiet. Having a washer and dryer in the condo worked very well for us. We would definitely visit again! Gym was also nicely equipped, very surprised. A lot of stores were very conveniently located within walking distance.

Better Condos for same price

We’ve stayed at this property several times and have always been happy and comfortable with the condos. However, this condo was not worth the money. This condo is maintained/ managed by an offsite company meaning that of you have any issues, you must call them (always got voicemail) and either leave a voicemail or email. The fact that you have to send an email to get the Wi-Fi password, a blanket and pillow for the extremely uncomfortable, old sofa bed is quite frustrating. Also, this unit is not well taken care of. Many scratches in the guest bedroom, broken drawers in the kitchen, missing wall decorations and hair in the guest bath tub Is completely unacceptable for the price. The management company responded in a somewhat timely manner, but didn’t seem happy with the tone of the initial email. The owner really needs to see this condo and direct the management co to do some serious updating/repair/painting. Again, we’ve stayed at this property before and have always enjoyed the condos. This one definitely fell flat.

The condo was perfect! It was very clean and everything had been updated. The appliances were new and worked great! The pool areas were nice and well kept. The beach was great as well and easy to get to straight from the pool area with shower areas to rinse the sand. We will definitely stay here again!

The condo was clean and nicely equipped. The resort was a bit run down. The beach experience was worst of all. The resort’s paid beach service takes up literally entire beach front with empty chairs and umbrellas that are “reserved” and runs you off if you try to sit your small chairs near the water. I tried to rent a chair from them so we could see the water but they said we’d have to sit back behind. Sad beach trip

The property grounds were very well kept. There were minor maintenance issues with the property but overall a very nice view and access to groceries and restaurants across the street. Be advised that you are not allowed to use your own umbrella and are forced to rent one from the property if not provided by the owners. We would stay again.

The condo was beautiful, beautifully decorated, and a beautiful view. I have a few things that were a little disappointing. There is very little light fixtures in the master bedroom. There could possibly have been a light added to the ceiling fan, since there are lights on the other two ceiling fans. The floor didn't seem completely cleaned-like mopped, and we had to change some of the light bulbs out ourselves-which isn't a huge deal, but you would think the lights would've been all checked before it was rented out.
It doesn't include any beach chairs, so you have to rent them. 2 for $47.00. It also has no ironing board/iron. We were there for a special event, so it would've been nice to have that.
There is a compartment door in the fridge that is broken.
The coffee pot wasn't working correctly. It wouldn't allow you to just use the "Keurig" side. Even trying to use the regular side and you had the maximum amount of water in it, it wouldn't work. We drink coffee everyday, so it was a pain. We love Edgewater, and we have had great experiences in every condo we've stayed at. Those are just some minor issues that could be addressed, We would visit again.

The condo was exactly as advertised. The location in relation to the beach, the town, the basketball court, and the pools was exactly what we were looking for. My kids loved the access to all the aforementioned amenities. The condo was in great condition. I highly recommend this as a place to stay when visiting this area. One thing to be aware of, you do have to pay for chairs on the private beach each day; that is not included in this unit. I may not have realized that when booking. Other than that, it was fantastic.

This was our first time staying at Edgewater. We were very pleased with the unit. It was comfortable for us to stay and very clean. Some minor changes that we would change would be to have a more fully and nicely stocked kitchen- there wasn’t much in terms of being able to cook and the main drawer with all the utensils was obviously broken but still functional.
The one elevator to the entire condo was broken but there was still one elevator that functioned- just caused a short wait while waiting to go up or down.
The grounds on Edgewater were well maintained and the pools were nice.
We were happy to find 2 beach chairs in the master closet since we were unaware that renting 2 chairs cost $45 a day!
Other than that, our stay was very pleasant and we would stay again!

Definitely a nice place to stay close to the beach and the pools and hot tubs. Super clean place smelled awesome when we first came in, only negative thing is our condo was right next to the trash shoot which was super loud at all hours of the night.

The living space was nice, although both bathrooms are very small. The bed in the master bedroom is very high which could be a problem for someone short or elderly. We liked the proximity of the condo to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Also, the view from the balcony was great! Edgewater property was ok, they did have problems with the elevators, but the pools were very clean. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.
