I’m giving two out of five stars. The property was in a great location; the pools and beach were both amazing. However, when I booked the photos showed the second bedroom as having two twin beds. When we arrived, the twins had been replaced with bunk beds. I wouldn’t have reserved if I knew the bunk beds were there— folks in my party are elderly and had trouble climbing up and down the bed’s ladder. Also, the unit was not clean. There were fingernail clipping under the coffee table and LOTS of hair throughout the unit. Not good and not what was expected from a cleanliness perspective. Unfortunately, the discrepancy and the uncleanliness substantially detracted from an otherwise good experience.

The location and beach was great. During our stay the facility did have elevator issues which was somewhat inconvenient. The front door of the condo does not open or close properly. On the day of check in I did ask if there would be a possibility of early check in and if we were able to park at the facility before 4 and never heard a response. Luckily we had friends staying at the same facility with earlier check in times that heard back from their renters and were able to answer my question. The facility had a lot to offer for the kids including the pools, basketball hoop, and lawn area for outdoor games. I feel like the price of the condo is high for not having extra anemities. Our friends condos were set up nearly the same, paid less, and came with 2 beach chairs and umbrella which gets you a better location on the beach. Anyone bringing their own beach chairs must set up behind the Edgewater beach chairs and umbrellas. Overall would stay at Egewater again, but would find a different condo.

VERY NICE TWO WEEK STAY IN MIRAMAR, BEACHES WERE SOME OF THE BEST IN FL, GREAT RESTAURANTS AND SHOPPING EASY WALKING DISTANCE. FAMILIAR WITH RENTAL OWNERS WERE TRATED EXCEPTIONALLY WELL!
