Great family experience

We were in this condo as part of a four condo family reunion week long stay. All the condos were in very good shape and clean. Our family (19 total) thoroughly enjoyed our accommodations and the amenities associated with Edgewater Beach - the pools, grounds, and of course the beach! Thanks for a great experience!

Traveled from Memphis, Check in @ approx 2100 hrs with difficulty,hard to locate the entrance difficulty in talking with someone other than the security guard. room very nice and accommodating. essential supplies and convenience was great. Got stuck in then elevator the first night with three children (refer to your log) front desk seemed more concerned with getting my money the following morning than they were with our comfort or previous issues. The fireman were very helpful. Enjoyed the nights on the beach and the pool after dark. If ther is no l onger poolside service and only the local pub then the website should reflect this.
The pharmacy, gift shops and other stores are conveniently located within walking distance. This too would help on the website as I stopped along the waay to purchase groceries and supplies. Not enough parking or instruction son such, if the trucks are uanble to enter the garrage then the cars should be asked to park in the garrage. The elevator was again inoperable the morning we were leaving, 30 June 2011. I carried luggage and belongings down the stairs. Again fron desk showed a lack of concern except for the key/bracelet return.

Relaxing and Enjoyable

Staying at the Edgewater during Spring Break with my daughter and her friends was a very relaxing and enjoyable time. The room was very comfortable and spacious. We were close to the Outlet Mall and restaurants. We felt safe due to the security at the gate and on the grounds.
