#703 was beautiful and it had all the amenities that we needed. We have been going to Edgewater for years and have never been disappointed. The only thing we didn't like was the noise from the condo above.

The service and easy check in was wonderful. The home was outstanding. I like the long mirrors that was along the wall in the living room and the second bedroom. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook a meal. The patio was great and the view from the balcony was just excellent. A great place to relax and enjoy the sun. I did have a problem with the entrance door into the home. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The security was excellent. The door into the home had several nails that maybe should have been painted over or replaced because it gave the appearance that someone tried to force their way into the home. I also had a problem with the house keeping. A pillow had a lot of hair on the inside pillowcase as if it had not been changed. I think I would stay there again.

Fabulous Family Time But the Dirt Has Got To Go

Over the years we have stayed at Edgewater several times. We love the location, beach and resort amenities. Moreover, Unit 703 was wonderfully decorated and "stocked" with all the electronic equipment, plates, kitchen equipment and bar tools one could possibly want. You can tell the owners have considered guests' comfort. However, our one big complaint is that every unit we have stayed in has been dirty. 703 was no exception. It needed a thorough scrubbing. The pantry, cabinets, walls and faucets were coated in grim. Under the cabinets and baseboards hid all sorts of dirt. The cleaning staff is truly letting the property owners down. This ongoing lack of attention to basic cleanliness has forced us to consider heading to a new resort next time. We hate to leave but we have overlooked the yuck and mess for far too long.
