This was our one week vacation that we take every year. The condominium was very nice, clean, and well-equipped. The Edge Water grounds were beautiful. Everything seemd to be taken care of. Other than almost one full day of rain and another two days in which it rained a little, the weather was gorgeous. We've never been to the Emerald Coast beaches before, and we would go back. The water was absolutely gorgeous. We all had a great time. Thanks. We will be back in the future.

condo was very nicely furnished and well kept would highly recommend with just one note it is next to the elevator which can be heard stopping and starting at all floors so if your a sleep in person consider a non corner unit Edgewater is a Beautiful facility

We were very pleased with our stay. The condo was extremely well kept and had many features we liked -- exceptionally comfortable beds and pillows, a well equipped and functional kitchen. We liked the keyless entry, so we didn't have to keep up with a room key at the beach or if we got separated from the would-be "key carriers." The beach service guys were very kind and helpful, and having this is a great bonus that we understand is well above the standard at other like places to stay. We had friends who joined us with an adjacent condo and it gave us both privacy when we needed it, but plenty of living and dining space for the rest (majority) of the time that we spent together. Our rooms were just as nice as they appeared on the website. We also liked that we were out of the heavier Destin traffic. We had a wonderful time, and we'll be back -- hopefully sooner than later.

Wonderful location and unit

We enjoyed this unit more than any we have stayed in. It had a great space layout and was was not noisy even being next to the elevator. I would definitely stay in this unit again on a future trip.

Always relaxing and fun

The only reason checkin was not all stars is because the front gate was not working at the time and we arrived late in the evening, tired and ready to check in. But, no big deal, we had a blast and this is our 4th stay with Edgewater and we have loved it each time. Sea weed was a problem the first couple of days but it cleared out and the ocean was beautiful.

A great time away from reality

5 friends and I ventured on down for a nice beach getaway. We took 3 different cars and all arrived at different times. The front desk was very accomodating. The security at night made me feel safe and he always had a smile on his face. The view from the condo was amazing. The staff on the beach were so friendly and helpful with setting up our chairs and umbrellas. The condo itself was great. The rooms were spacious. Bathrooms comfortable. The only complaint we had was the pull out mattress needs to be replaced. The springs stick out pretty bad and make it hard to get a good nights sleep for whoever is on it. Besides the pullout mattress we had a great time and would book another vacation here.

Relaxing

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. My family made some great memories there and i would consider renting it again in the future. The only complaint i had was that i wish there would have been grills on the balcony so we could BBQ.
