We thoroughly enjoyed our time at El Matador 323. The location is perfect with a great view of the beach and pool. The condo is well maintained and clean and we felt very much at home. We enjoyed the beach, went on a sunset cruise, and ate some really good food. We look forward to a return visit. Thank you very much.

From day one this unit was amazing. Access to the beach and pool are super close. The balcony provides one of the most amazing views of the beach and pool. We ate lunch and dinner on the patio a lot due to the incredible weather. Drinks on the patio are awesome and very relaxing. We will definitely make this a yearly staple for our family. Great unit for small kids!

Location is nice, not too crowded, being right next to the air force base leaves lots of open beach to walk. The unit was clean and good condition. A few minor fixes are needed - stopper in bathroom sink was disconnected and needs repair, toilet fill valve in other bathroom needs to be fixed due to low flow, kitchen faucet was very loose and needs to be tightened down, coffee maker didn't work well. Most importantly the keypad lock on the front door would malfunction randomly and needs to be replaced (I had to use 3 different combinations over the course of our trip, and we never knew which code would work until we tried it.) Overall a very nice unit, nice location, and a good trip. The view from the unit couldn't be better.
