Emerald Dunes is a well maintained condo.. Scott keeps the bbq grills in top shape. Unit 204 was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms have been upgraded. The kitchen is well equipped. The stove may need to be replaced in the near future. The view is spectacular.. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony and watching the sunset. Nice walkway to the beach that was redone while we were there. Saltwater Vacations were quick to respond to requests. We had an issue with a tv and they resolved the issue quickly even on a weekend. I highly recommend. Saktwater Vacations and Emerald Dunes. We have already rebooked!

Our first time at this property. The condo was very clean, updated and comfortable. At first we were a little disappointed the pool was situated street-side rather than beach-side; however, we later decided it was nicer having our balcony that much closer to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I visit Destin every year and this was our first time at the Emerald Dunes. The ocean view was so beautiful, the condo was excellent very clean and easy access to everything. We are hoping to use this one again next year.

This was our 4th time staying at Emerald Dunes. We had a great time and everything was fantastic! We had one maintenance issue but it was fixed up quickly! We will definitely be back!
