Fourth annual summer trip to 30A and the second on Majestica Circle. Benchmark did a great job communicating with us before, during, and after our vacation. Several maintenance issues but Benchmark promised to fix all of them.

We loved the house! Definitely enjoyed the short walk to the beach. The gated community was very quiet and we loved the private pool. House was very spacious for 10 adults. House was very clean. Property Manager responded to all of my questions extremely fast. Used the charcoal grill twice. Will stay again if we return to Seaside.

This was a dream! 2-3 min walk to the beach, easy access to the road to town, accessible to great spaces like Seaside and Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. You’re you can just stay home and walk the beautiful beach when you want to.

10 adults stayed in this beach house and it was the perfect size. We never felt on top of one another. The beds should really be all queens at least (except the bunk room) - some were not. The distance to the beach was less than a minute. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. It was close to lots of great restaurants. We would definitely come back. We did have a plumbing issue in the middle of the night but Benchmark Management had somebody out there quickly. They were very easy to work with. Another benefit to this home was the rental credit with Vacayzen. We used it for a stand up paddle board and a wagon to haul beach stuff. It was the best week.

My family has always enjoyed spending time on the beach and Fintastic provided a great week for our children and grandchildren. Proximity to shops and restaurants is a feature that you will enjoy. Our only complaint was the A/C,,,the upstair unit would go out and the temperature would hover around 78-80 degrees,,,not good in summer heat.

Loved the location, updates nice, lots of room for our large family. There are minor things which need attention... 3 of the televisions did not work, dishwasher worked only 1/2 time, dryer makes very loud noises. Also, I pulled a blanket from closet on 3rd floor & it was covered in sand- obviously had not been washed. Cleanliness, especially in this time of the virus, was not the best. Also, no chairs at the pool was ridiculous! All other pools we saw had the chairs out. BS re virus.
