We loved our stay at Frangista Finale with our kids and grandchildren for the Thanksgiving holiday. The location, being directly on the beach, was fantastic. The home was large and spacious for 4 couples and 4 children. The kids loved having the bunk room to stay in.
Everyone was already asking if we're going to book again for next Thanksgiving.

The rental was very nice. The home needs a few updates but otherwise was very clean and had the perfect location! We had a maintenance issue, and it was fixed immediately. The management staff was extremely kind and quick to respond. We enjoyed our vacation!

Great Family Vacation In Miramar Beach

This was our 6th family vacation through Frangista Beach Properties in Miramar Beach. We stayed at the Frangista Finale property this year. Like all our previous stays, this condo on the beach was awesome in every way! We enjoy coffee and Bloody Marys in the morning on the balconies before heading to the beach where our complimentary chairs and umbrella awaits. The location is perfect. Right on the beach and near restaurants we come back to each year. This property was very clean and comfortable. We will be back next year!

I’ve rented so many wonder places over the last 25 years but this is one of the best managed properties we’ve stayed at. Management was in constant contact and was more than responsive. Great place and property manager quick to respond to ?,s. we had 11 guests so 5 bedrooms and 4 adequate bathrooms it was perfect for us. Appeared clean except ne bathroom we did find hair in shower which the person using didn’t report to me till our last day so too late to notify property manager. elevator is inside 2 of the bedrooms and the exit to beach is in lower bedroom as well but we managed fairly well. well stocked though some scissors and tongs that actually worked is needed. we fit 2 suv’s and a Buick LaCrosse in drive easily. we had tricks beside us that kinda oozed into our area a bit first few days so one of played traffic guard during blind backing out into the road. all the restaurants we frequented and stores the local workers weed were so friendly and efficient. traffic was bad from 5pm-12am

Our family of 9 had a completely fabulous week. There could not be a better location on any beach in the world! Our three cars fit in the driveway and a fourth could have. The staff were extremely responsive to a few requests, and were always so helpful. The elevator proved essential for our stay, especially for our two senior members. Convenient stores and dining. We would gladly return in the future.

The location is great, elevator made it even easier for all of us to get around, and there was plenty of room. it’s a wonderful condo. We did have issues with the refrigerator not cooling better repair man was sent within a day or two of us reporting it. The pool was in need of major maintenance but we did enjoy having one. we would love to have seen beach access from the second floor deck; exterior needs some maintenance but overall we enjoyed our experience.

We were overall satisfied with our stay at Frangista Finale. The property was in a great location and was clean. The master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced. It is worn and not comfortable. We had 10 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone.

The Frangista Finale was the perfect vacation house for my family! We loved the area and our private pool on the balcony was so nice. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook with and dine in each night. Would love to return to the Finale in the Future. The property was very nice and clean. Great location with easy access. The customer service before and after the stay was excellent and appreciated. The couple of suggestions I have for improvement would be to fix the GFCI plug on the back porch. We didn't use the electric BBQ grill but if we wanted to it would not have worked since the plug didn't work. The ladies staying with us would have liked to have a full-length mirror in the property. There were multiple people from other properties using our gate to access the beach, an access code for our gate would have been great.

When my wife went on hospice, we decided to book a last-minute "grand finale" trip to our favorite beach. This house was perfect for us. Enough room for our daughters, granddaughter, and a friend to join us, down the beach from our favorite restaurant, and even an elevator so my wife didn't have to climb the stairs. The management and maintenance staff were prompt and professional. If you like to sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins, you might want to bring some comfy, folding chairs because the dining set on the 2nd floor is great for meals but not as comfortable for wave-watching. Other than that, our week was just perfect!

Awesome first visit to Destin. We had 16 people and the house was perfect. We had a small issue with a sliding glass door. I used the app to report it and the maintenance man was ringing the doorbell to fix within 15 minutes. Management was awesome! We'll be back!

Our extended family enjoyed the spacious areas in the home. The elevator was a great amenity for the grandmother accompanying our group. There are some maintenance issues to be addressed (the railings are in need of attention, the chairs in living room, while comfortable, are this side of threadbare, and the beach area just outside the first floor had trash on it).
The most comfortable outdoor seating is on the third floor balcony where only one couple had access. Overall, though, our experience was pleasant.

Place was amazing with great location. Only criticism is that the first floor bedroom on thwe beach side of the hose, with the small pool, is the least accommodated room in the house. First floor walks right onto the beach and the pool is nice, but no dresser and a tiny bathroom, tiny closet. The upstairs rooms all have walk in closets and huge bathrooms. Kinda backwards, but other than that(which is a little picky) we loved it. HAd 7 adults and 1 kid, and had plenty of extra room.

It was a little expensive
, but for the atmosphere, location and access to the beach it was perfect. Parking can get tight trying to get out of the driveway with traffic coming through the main road, but other then that it was beautiful and very relaxing, the house was very spacious and pretty . Plenty of room for a family or friends of 14 mayb 16. Can't get much of a better beach and the sand is very soft not a crunchy shell sand beach ..

The location was very easy to find and was right on the beautiful white sand beach. The kitchen included lots of useful things that made it convenient and homelike. Beds were very comfortable. Also allowed access to the elevator which made navigating the levels easier for two of our older guests who have difficulties with stairs. The wifi didn't work most of the time which was inconvenient and the patio set was very rusty and sharp rusty chunks fell from the table anytime we used it. I'm sure this will be replaced soon since season is closing. Overall the staff was very polite and accommodating. Will definitely be staying with Frangista Beach Properties in the future.
