We had an incredible time at Frangista Tide. The home was exactly as pictured. Plenty of room, very clean, well stocked kitchen, lovely private splash pool and comfortable beds. We had a leaky faucet and they came out that day to repair it. I would definitely return!!

The Frangista Tide is an excellent beach house for a vacation with family and grandchildren. The grandkids love the bunk beds. The parents love the ease of walking right on to the beach. Having a mini-pool is also a favorite of the grandkids.

Great Property to stay for a vacation

The first thing you will love about this property are the absolutely beautiful views it offers to the beach. Though spread across 3 levels, this townhome has great living space and bedrooms. The patio/balcony is big enough for 6-7 people to comfortably hang out. Amenities are decent and work as expected. The property managers respond quickly and fix things as soon as reported. We loved the space enough to extend our stay.

Frangista Tide was everything we had hoped for. The home was very clean, well stocked with kitchen essentials and all necessary linens, and had easy access to the beautiful private beach. The kids loved the splash pool and the parents were able to relax while the kids swam. This is the second time we have stayed in one of Frangista Beach Properties' homes. They are wonderful to work with. They are always easy to get ahold of. The app that they provide is very useful. I used it daily to look for local information. Their staff is very friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend this place and Frangista Beach Properties!

Wondeful family vacation on the beach. Great access to the beach - AKA an easy stroll to the blender to refill those tropical drinks. Included with the rental are "Cabana Guys" who put up our umbrella and beach chairs in front of the condo everyday - real luxury! Cooked/grilled at home, relaxed, and beach was not packed as there is limited access to this area of the beach. A MUCH NEEDED COVID ESCAPE! THANK YOU MIRAMAR!

Beautiful Beachfront Rental

The rental was very clean upon arrival. We opted for the early entry and it was SO worth it. It was like we got a whole extra beach day. The beds were SO comfortable. I wanted to pack it up and take it home with me. It was perfect for our family of 9. We could have had more people since there was a bunk room. The property manager was excellent, called mid week to see if everything was going well. The beach was beautiful and quite. Loved the beach service (chairs and umbrella) set up everyday for us. We’ve been coming to Destin for 8 years and this is our favorite rental by far. The pool was amazing!! Just a short walk from the room. The property in conveniently located between Destin and 30A and was perfect for the activities we wanted to do in both. We hope to be back real soon!!

Our extended family, 13 strong, stayed for a week. Excellent location with the white sand beach just steps away. The rental was a good size for our group, everything in good shape, and management very responsive to a minor glitch with the pool, which the grandkids thoroughly enjoyed. Close to shops, restaurants, parasailing and other beach activities. Perfect beach vacation.

What a great time for the whole family! We had several different families with us and the house allowed us each to have our own space. We had a few minor issues with the property but all were fixed very promptly. The property management team was great to work with and very responsive. Can't wait to come back to the area next year!

Our condo on the beach was beautifully appointed & decorated! The rooms are spacious in a great layout! Views from all three levels are breathtaking.. I'm pretty sure I am at the top of my photo usage with all the amazing sunrise & sunset photos !
The management staff was so very helpful and answered any questions we had or needs!
If you want to stay in a beautiful home in sugar white beaches... book this one !

Great Beach House

The unit was very clean upon arrival. It's a great location and the floor plan is ideal for large or multiple families. Much of the furniture and all of the mattresses had just been replaced. Frangista Beach Properties was great to deal with. There was an issue with the washing machine not working and they were waiting on a part that had to be ordered. FBP let us know prior to arrival and offered free laundry service to us for the inconvenience. One of the owners personally delivered extra towels when we ran out. We've dealt with many management companies and FBP is definitely one of the best!

We had a fabulous vacation to Destin. Lots of time for much-needed R&R. We loved Whimsical Tide and thought its location couldn't be better for our group. Our toes were in the sand most of the week. We enjoyed the beach and were pleasantly surprised that our beach chairs and umbrella were waiting for us Sunday morning....a seamless transition from one guest to the next. A few minor issues were taken care of right away. Can't wait to come back.

We had an absolutely fabulous vacation at Whimsical Tide!! The unit was roomy ( we had eleven) furnished well and very convenient to the beach. The unit was not as clean as we would have liked, but nothing we couldn't live with and did not mention to management until we left. Sure it has been taken care of. Would recommend for a great time.

Great property. Very clean, everything was in working order and good condition, convenient to everything. Beds were comfortable. The splash pool is nice, it's around waist deep on an adult in the middle and has areas to sit on either side, it can be heated for a small fee. There's a kids room with 3 bunk beds on the bottom floor, the locks for outdoor access are out of reach for kids. I would consider this a kid friendly rental, but supervision would be required around the stairs depending on age. The management staff is awesome, very responsive and friendly. The beach was not crowded at all this time of the year (1st week of March) and extremely clean. Will definitely rent with Frangista again. There are private chefs, grocery services, beach services, and chauffeurs in the area. You would literally not have to lift a finger if you are willing to spend the money.

Location was convenient to a lot of shopping and dinning. The property was amazing, a lot bigger then the photos show! Trey from the rental company was very helpful from three months before our trip all the way to the end, answering question during the trip. Would Definitely stay here again or rent from this company again. I have been visting this area for 7 years sometimes 4 times a year, and was very happy with this rental!

The only issue we had was getting the pool heated. We called halfway through our stay to have the pool heated for the remainder of the trip. Property management sent someone out to turn it on. They couldn't figure it out and left. They never followed up again after that. No good there...

Our maintenance tech responded and notified the pool contractor to replace the control pane on the heater. Unfortunately it took several days for the repair but the good news is that the heater is now working just fine and just an fyi - you were NOT billed a pool heating fee. A quick, fun family getaway. The house was beautiful and perfect for our needs. My only suggestion for improvement is to consolidate the "rules" in one place. Several pages were received in advance, more were located on the app, and even more upon arrival at the house. Multiple signs were located around the house and some of the directions conflicted one another - one sign said all thermostats on 72, while another said 70.
