The property is under construction. The outside is a mess but our condo was AMAZING! It was clean and more than what I expected for the price.
Unfortunately, the we were not allowed in the water for majority of the week. The beach patrol wouldn't allow anyone to even touch the water due to rip currents. We came to Destin for a beach vacation. EXTREMELY disappointed.

April One Week Stay

Firstly, we love Shoreline Towers and have been many times over the past 15 years. The unit we stayed in this time had a nice view of the Gulf. The furniture was updated and the kitchen was well equipped (but could use a few more bowls and wine glasses). The bathrooms were dated but the shower had very strong pressure and was very hot (be careful). There was a lot of construction going on while we were there but it didn’t bother us. You can’t park under the building and some of the exits were closed off but it wasn’t noisy. We will definitely be back to shoreline. The beach is one of the nicest you will ever see.

This condo is decorated beautifully. The view was absolutely breathtaking! I would love to wake up to that view everyday for the rest of my life! The location of the condo is fantastic. There are some places within walking distance. We especially loved the Italian coffee shop down the street, Capriccio’s. We definitely plan on renting this condo again.

We had the best time during our stay at the Shoreline Towers in 2064! The beachfront view was immaculate and the location was perfect! The condo was beautiful, clean and had everything we could possibly need! 10 out of 10 highly recommended! We will definitely be staying here again very soon! Ashley at the office and Mandy at the beach service were always friendly and very helpful if we ever needed anything. We went paddle boarding and parasailing! Thank you so much for a wonderful memorable vacation our family will never forget!

We had a great visit just to short! The room was very comfortable! And clean.
Couldn't ask for a better view. I've never seen so many Dolphins and that's a first for as many times as I've stayed with Shoreline. Big shout out to Daniel and His wife they are so accommodating and nice. It rained stormed on our last day there. But we had a great week. Only disappointed was I didn't get to eat at my favorite place Boshamps it was too crowded and they wouldn't do carry out.

The property location is close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The unit was very nice (newly renovated) and the view was fabulous! We only had one issue with the air conditioning unit and it was promptly addressed by maintenance. If there was one improvement I could note is that we would have liked to have seen the pool be closer to the beach. We only used the pool 1 time because it was a "hike" as it was near the registration desk.

The location is great! The pool and the exterior was clean and landscaped very pretty. The condo does need to be updated. The air was not working well but we did find a closed air vent which helped a lot. The bed in the master sounded like it was going to fall down every time you sat on it or turned over through the night. The comfort of the bed was fine but the sound was not good. I requested it to be looked at 2 times but no one ever came. The view off the condo was great!

What did I like best about this condo ? ........ The beach.
In need of updating and new furniture. The masterbath shower had mold. The sofas were matted it almost felt slimy. I used a towel when sitting on the sofa. The master bed "clunked" when you moved and the sheets were rough. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the furniture on the deck was nice. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit instead of using the ones in the hallway. Shoreline Towers is a good location within Destin.

Thank you for staying at Shoreline Towers for your July 4th holiday. You are absolutely correct when you say the view from the balcony is beautiful and our beaches are amazing. However, I am sorry that you had the cleanliness issues and wish it had been reported. Housekeeping supervisors call the day after guests check in to make sure everything is perfect and if we had know we would have sent up a team of cleaner to completely redo the unit and have the furniture cleaned. These units book back to back, which is no excuse, and if we had known we would have been happy to address it. Thank you again for staying at Shoreline Towers and we look forward to your next visit. 2064 Shoreline Towers

Unfortunately Hurricane Irma was in town the same time we were, so not getting to the beach for two days was a little disappointing, but that certainly couldn't have been helped. The women in the property maintenance office were very helpful and apologetic that our balcony furniture was in the middle of the living room and would remain there until they untaped the windows and took it back outside. The general condition of the condo was horrible. Three lamps didn't have light bulbs, a burner was out on the stove, the right side of the toaster didn't work. There were dirty (food stuck on them) pots and pans, the rugs were not vacuumed, the floors were sandy and the sofa furniture was questionable. Way too many people had sat on them with lotions and bathing suits. The door to the A/C unit was so full of dust bunnies it was laughable. I was not comfortable with the bed linens, as I wasn't sure they were clean. There was hair in the soap dish in the bathroom when we arrived and mold in both showers. I realize a lot of guests must venture through that front door, but the owners haven't taken care to update or check to see if appliances work. We'll never stay here again, since it looks like they have cleaning issues. We left the condo cleaner than we arrived, so I feel a little cheated that I had to pay a cleaning fee of $115. I only gave 4 stars to the management company because I had to call 4 times and wait three weeks for my deposit refund.

Lindi I am so surprised by your review. I know you were disappointed because the storm came thru and so were we. Please understand that have to pull the furniture in and secure the units per policy to make it safe for everyone. When we talked to you when we came in to put the furniture back out on the balcony and untape the windows the only thing mentioned was the toaster was not working properly and it was replaced the same day. All of our units are cleaned and then inspected and if any of the things you mentioned were there they would have been taken care by the inspector. I am sorry to hear that you will not be staying with us again and hope that you will come and give Shoreline Towers another try. Our vacation experience in Shoreline 2064 was wonderful and just what we had hoped for. The condo was very comfortable in every way and the view was magnificent. We spent many hours on the beach while we were there. The beds were comfy, the living furniture very nice and the kitchen extra large .We did have a couple small issues and the maintenance man came immediately to fix it. Over all the condo was wonderful and if time permits we will come back again next year. We would highly recommend it to others of our age group.

The unit was clean and up to date with furnishings. Great view of the beach with easy access. The location was very near many restaurants and shops. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The only difficultly was in obtaining the amenities which were through another party. That process could use some correction, but the golf course personnel (we played golf 4 days) were very accommodating. Definitely will consider a return visit.

Great location and close to everything we wanted to do. The only negative is that the pool is at the back of the property - too far from the beach especially with small children who want to go back and forth. Wish they could relocate the pool! Otherwise a great experience.
