Overall Comment
I would say everything in the condo was great besides not having a hose or detachable shower head. And I think when there are solid floors in the condos the owners might look into having 1 or 2 robot vacuums to help with the sand. And have them set up to run every day. And the Sona closing at 6 o'clock was very disappointing as I am a parent of a two-year-old and three-year-old and once they go to sleep would like to go relax.

Great location! Condo was well equipped and clean. Comfortable and spacious enough. We’re enjoyed the ocean front balcony in the morning and evening. There was some renovation work going on and that generated some noise and mess.
Also, checking in was confusing and difficult to find our condo. The office was closed when we arrived and there was no one to help.
Other than that we had a good time. We would stay there again.

However, I do apologize that you had an issue with check-in. But we do notify our guest and send out car form information along with ETA on arrivals to let guest know that if they are going to arrive after our office is closed that all the information along with check-in packet would be at the guard gate waiting for them when they arrive. I do apologize if the guard was not at the gate when you arrived. Most likely he was out doing rounds or patrolling. Other than that, I am very glad that you enjoyed your time here in Destin and we look forward to having you come back to Shoreline Towers in the future.

Unit 1072 is a very clean, nicely decorated condo. Though the balcony was closed during our stay due to building renovations it will have a nice view when complete. Condo is very up to date and comfortable. We come to Shoreline Towers every year. We plan on staying in #1072 again in the future.

This condo is an updated space with amazing ocean views. We had everything we needed for the week. My original reservation was for a different condo in the same association but they had moved us to this one because of renovations. Unfortunately, this tower was also under renovations. We weren't able to access our balcony during our entire stay, which wasn't communicated to us prior to arrival. There was a lot of loud noise throughout a lot of the day. I understand that renovations are necessary but it wasn't pleasant to stay here during the renovations. Otherwise, the place is great and the location is great.

We loved our stay in unit 1072! Newly remodeled and has everything you need. The beach is over the dune and you’re there! We enjoyed the included umbrella and chairs. We like to cook our meals and the kitchen was well stocked to do that. The carts at the base of the elevators were nice to use to move all of our bags into the condo.

This is our 2nd year staying at Shoreline Towers. We love the location of the condo. Unit 1072 exceeded our expectations. All of the updates in the condo are fabulous. The view was awesome. The condo even has a heated toilet seat, which would come in handy during the winter months. All of the beds were comfortable. They had everything we needed except for a rice pot, but luckily we know how to cook rice on the stove. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

We've been going to Destin for about 15 years. It's our favorite vacation spot. We've always stayed at Shoreline Towers and love the location and the complex. 1072 is beautiful and had everything we needed. We come in May to beat the summer crowds, but this year was different. Very crowded everywhere we went. Complex noisier than usual with drinking teens/young adults having a really good time. People must be doing school and work from home, which means they can do both from anywhere. We'll see what next year brings. We're already booked and looking forward it.

It is a great place to spend a week in the sun. Perfect location between beach and pool. Newly renovated unit was done very nicely. Unit was clean and comfortable.
Beds were very comfortable. Lobby had a terrible sewer gas smell. Screen door latch was very difficult to manage.

Unit was exactly as described...beautiful, comfy, & clean. The ocean views from all rooms-priceless. It was so peaceful & quiet. Enjoyed morning cup of coffee on the balcony. Beach service was a huge plus. Beach service attendants were friendly. Convenient location. Ashley was a pleasure to work with. *The only negative was a daily odor at the elevator lobby on the 1st floor, worse in the evening.

It was great! Unit was as advertised, great idea having the beach service provided in the rental (great couple running the service, they were amazingly service oriented!), high enough not to be bothered by foot traffic noise, great view. As a single Dad I took 3 teenage girls (mine and 2 of her friends) and they were all happy?! Yes, they all want to do it again next year and they want to stay in the same unit. Due to traffic we got there 15 minutes before the office close, they processed us right in, took less than 10 minutes. Checking out was a breeze!
