We love Shoreline Towers and this is our third year. Construction was very loud and disturbing. Constant grinding and drilling and our balconies were suppose to be open and never were. Also construction guys monopolized the elevators so we were very inconvenienced. They also used the carts so we needed they were not available. Unit needs new couches and blinds were broken.

Miss Sharon and Ashley are the nicest people to work with and the staff always take great care is us!!! With that said, this unit needs new furniture and mattresses. This was a very uncomfortable month with not being able to return to our condo and fully relax.

Rental was close to plenty of restaurants and stores. It was very clean and I was surprised how well stocked the kitchen was with utensils and what not. The view from the balcony was amazing, and the short walk to the beach was even better! I guess the owner of the unit pays for the beach chairs and umbrellas, which is so thoughtful and make up my mind that next time visiting, I will be requesting this room again!

The room was as seen and in good condition. This is our second stay in a Shore line Towers condo and this is a great facility. They have 24 security that are very visible, and has good amenities. My only complaint with this particular unit was no beach toys or chairs but it does provide 2 chairs and umbrella rental with the rental.

Unit 1074 is an awesome unit here at Shoreline Towers where the owner provides the amenity of FREE BEACH SERVICE to all of his renters. It is something that he want's his renters to enjoy while they are here. Unfortunately, the owner does not provide beach toys. However since Covid-19, a lot of owners have removed those items out of the unit because of Covid. Not being for sure if things like that were going to be sanitized. So CDC recommended not having those items in the condo. So most of all the owners have removed those items out. We do look forward to you coming back and stay with us again for the 3rd time next year.

We had an enjoyable week. The weather started out bad, but cleared up for a relaxing time on the beach. Location was good. Unit could stand a little updates, but overall clean and comfortable. Elevator did go out 2 times. Kinda rough climbing 7 flights of stairs. Complimentary beach service was wonderful.

We come to Shoreline Towers every year. In fact we booked a 3 bedroom for June while staying this year to bring family down this summer. We enjoyed our stay overall in unit 1074. Only complaint is the electronics need to be updated. They had a Magnavox brand DVD\VHS player hooked to TV in living room and it wouldn't read DVD's. They don't even sell these dinosaurs any more. Pure junk. My wife and I like watching DVD movies we haven't seen while on vacation at night so this ruined that whole game plan. Unit was very clean but can see it is in need to some modernization like we have seen in other units at Shoreline. The Unit had a great view and I did enjoy sitting out there every morning. Couch in living area is wearing out cushion wise so it was not real comfortable. We arrived early on the check in day and Ashley from the Shoreline office was able to get us in early (before 4pm) Many thanks to Ashley for helping out on this. Shoreline Towers is still our favorite spot to stay in Destin.

Our family loved the close proximity to the beautiful white beaches and views of the gulf! The condo was clean and spacious. Having two bathrooms made it easier for our family to get ready each day. We also appreciated the chair service each day we made it down to the beach! This was our first visit to Destin but we had a great time and are definitely coming back!

I have stayed in this condo before and did not think it could get any better! But then Beach Service was added! Talk about having your cake and eating it too!!! The unobstructed beach views and being steps away from the sand and the proximity to the grocery store and restaurants makes this unit my "go to" choice each time I visit Destin. The unit itself is well decorated, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen it stocked with everything needed to make a meal or mixed drink!

The view, the response from the owners on random questions before and during our visit (super quick!), the amount of beach chairs and things for the kids to play with in the closet, the huge kitchen and kitchen amenities. And best of all, so close to the beach. You can't go wrong here!

This is a great place to stay. The unit was clean and had a great view alomg with it. We loved the size of the kitchen and the counter space that it provided. We had a mini vacation in early October and our overall experience was very good. The condo was clean and comfortable and the view spectacluar. Other residents were very cordial, too. We had a flat tire and maintenance loaned us an air tank to fill itup so we could drive and get it fixed. Friendly and helpful, overall good experience. Wished we could hae stayed longer!

Unit 1074 was even better than we had hoped. It has a stunning view, is spacious, clean, is recently re-modeled with updated furnishings and flooring and the towers provide excellent security and amenities such as pool and tennis. Will definitely return.
