First off, the company that manages this condo is amazing. We had a peculiar situation where another guy cancelled on us and we needed a place ASAP. These guys went ABOVE and beyond and put our worries at ease!!!
I’m 48. I’ve been traveling and renting condos since I was a little girl, with my parents. So let me tell you the things that make a difference.
1. Comfy beds-and these are amazing!! I didn’t even think about this until I turned 40 ha.
2. Comfy couch for lounging at night (trust me you’re gonna want some down time and comfy/functional wins every time in my book) These are awesome!
3. Tile floors to easily sweep/vacuum up sand
4. Perfect Views and most importantly the best chairs-high chairs-to see over the railing, and regular ones.
5. Right by the elevator, it’s not loud and super convenient.
6. Right by the trash chute.
7. Automatic ice maker!!!!
8. Binoculars included!!
9. Games in the room
10. Huge TV (I’m not much of a TV watcher but if you are-this thing is massive!)
11. Great bathrooms and water pressure!
12. Well stocked kitchen with Keurig, French Press, and old school drip.
13. Extra blankets (comes in handy when you’re chilling from sunburn)
14. Probably most importantly it’s SUPER CLEAN!!!
15. Free Wifi!
16. Large area around the pool.
17. Location central to everything.
Seriously they have put a lot of care end attention to detail here! I would never give five stars if it wasn’t earned, and if I could give more I would!!!

We had a very pleasant stay at this condo. Everything was clean and as it was pictured. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and the large 2nd bedroom was definitely a plus! The renovations were going on everywhere(ALL 3 towers!) so I wouldn't come back until it's completely done.

Rental was clean well stocked and views were amazing! Only complaints even with construction were only one elevator working and toilet in master worked on and off. Oh and keys to rental didn’t make it to the guard until 530. But the 6 steps to the beach and free beach chair setups everyday made us forget those few negatives! This was our second stay here and looking forward to a trip in September!

Shoreline Towers was undergoing a renovation while we were there. We were supposed to have the use of our balcony with a beautiful view, but it was sealed off when we arrived and 6 weeks later, it was still sealed off. We would check with the office on a weekly basis and they told us they were as frustrated as we were, but the contractor doing the renovation would not sign off on it. Very frustrated with the entire process.

We thank you so much for staying with us here at Shoreline Towers. We apologize for the balconies not being able to open while you were here for your winter vacation. Very true, the owner along with the management company were disappointed and frustrated that the contractors were not finished in a timely matter and sorry for any inconvenience it caused you. However, we did give you a discount of $1,000 off your stay for the inconvenience. Although, the balconies did finally reopen this past Friday on March 10th. Also, I am very glad that the staff took great care of you while you were here, and you enjoyed the condo minus the renovations and no balcony access. I do hope that you will return to Shoreline Towers once the renovations are complete.

It was great! Everything we could possibly need was provided to us. I loved the fact that we had an umbrella and two chairs waiting for us every morning. Since we had 4 people we did pay for an extra umbrella two of the days, which was a great option. The best thing about the condo was the view. You can literally see the ocean from almost ever room. You can even see the ocean from the door before you walk in. The owners of this condo were very upfront and honest about everything. I would recommend all of my friends stay in this condo if they ever vacation in Destin. I will definitely stay there again.

We had such a beautiful and exceptionally clean condo. The view was breathtaking. No complaints about the condo itself....
BEWARE: The people above us were very loud and disrespectful. We were awoken every morning around 5-6am. Speaking loudly, screaming, smoking cigarettes, and marijuana. We could not enjoy sitting out on our patio, the cigarette and marijuana smell was so strong..the weather was perfect for leaving our patio door open, but we could not do that either.security was called 3 times, nothing change the whole week. We were very disappointed because we could not experience the sounds of the waves, fresh sea air or relax on our patio. We came there to sleep in, relax, sit on the patio, play cards ,and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. Sadly, we could not enjoy any of this, so very unfortunate.
I would highly recommend condo 1113, but walk with caution with Shoreline Towers.(they do not follow up with complaints)...

I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your time here at Shoreline Towers. However, Shoreline Towers Association Reality (STAR) we do follow up on complaints and we take things very serious. Now I am sorry that you reported 3 times to Security and nothing was done, but I wish you would have reached out to us here in the Rental office so we could of had a chance to solve any problems. However, that unit that was above you, is not on our rental program or we would of took care of the problem. Now when it comes to smoking, guest are allowed to smoke on the balcony of their unit. Just not on the walk ways outside the front doors. We are going to reach out to the head of security and let him know about this because guest should not have to report things over and over. I do hope that you will come back and stay with us again in the future.

The condo was clean, beautiful and the view is priceless. The condo has all the amenities needed. Sheets, cookware, utensils-it’s there. Other than your clothes and toiletries, everything else you need is there. I rented for a month and never needed anything. The owner was available if needed and the office staff is fabulous. The property management staff are professional, understanding and helpful. The other residents in the building have always been friendly and courteous. The beach is maintained and easy to access. There are always beach chairs and umbrellas available. I will be back next year. Counting down the days.

Shoreline Towers has been a great place to rent a condo. The last one we stayed in was excellent. It had a tall table on the patio with two tall chairs (wish there were two more). The kitchen was very nicely outfitted which was nice because we cooked all of our meals while there. We love that we are right on the beach. The condo even had folding beach chairs.. It was very clean. We would stay there again.

We spent 7-days in this beautiful condo that is on the 11th floor and has an amazing view of the beach. It is a beautiful, spacious condo in the heart of Destin. Not only was the condo cozy and comfortable but the view of the beach and proximity to the beach was so convenient for us. Would definitely stay here again in the future (same condo!)
