Loved the condo, nicely remodeled and updated but no dining room table. Glad construction is finished on tower one but unit above us were constantly making alot of noise and pounding and scraping on floor.

The condo we stayed in was very nice and stocked with everything that was needed. Our ocean/beach view was GREAT.
Only disappointment, few concerns of dirt or stains that was told to cleaning supervisor on site and took care of immediately.

Pros: easy/close access to the beach
Nicely decorated/renovated
Cons: guest bath was plugged up so the water would reach past your ankles, so we all ended up having to share 1 shower.
The TVs in both bedrooms didn’t work, showed squiggly lines when turned on. I would suggest buying new mattresses instead of putting an extra pillow top, it makes for a very soft bed and hard to move around in. Also, ALOT of construction going on, so you will hear loud noises and there are a lot of men working on the buildings.
I emailed maintenance but never heard anything. I didn’t get a call about the tvs until after we had already left. I would make sure before booking that these issues have been fixed.

First of all I’d like to thank Sharon and Ashley at Shoreline Towers Office , for being so helpful , and pleasant , before and during our stay Jan. and Feb. 2023. It must be very stressful for them during construction of the buildings . We were moved to Unit 1044 because of construction issues and were very happy, as the Unit was totally updated, very clean . Before we booked our stay , we were made well aware of not being able to use the balcony , and noise issues . Because Unit 1044 was so nice , we enjoyed being there . We could go out and enjoy the beach , restaurants and shopping . Looking forward to our stay Jan. / Feb. 2024 . But still hoping our balcony will be ready for us too . Again , thanking Sharon and Ashley for being so professional.

The rental unit was nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay. Pots and pans were in great condition. We have been in other places and always had issue with lots of scratches! Wish washer/dryer were bigger do didn’t have to do multiple run.

The owners thought of everything! It was just like the pictures on the website. We felt very safe in the complex. The sofa was very uncomfortable and the pool wasn't heated as it was supposed to be, otherwise, our stay was perfect!

We loved our stay at Shoreline Towers. The unit was clean, quiet, well-maintained, and nicely decorated. We loved how close we were to the beach, and the view from our balcony was beautiful! We had no problems during our stay. When booking the unit, the owner was quick to respond to emails and was very pleasant and I enjoyed working with her. Check-in and check-out were quick and simple, and our unit was ready when we arrived. The property was in a great location with close proximity to stores and restaurants. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property, and I'm looking forward to staying in this unit the next time we come to Destin!

THE UNIT WAS CLEAN BUT WAS SLIGHTLY SURPRISED
ON HOW WORN THE CARPET AND SOME OF THE FURNINSHINGS WERE. THE SHELL RUG LEFT IN BATHROOM WAS REALLY BAD. BUT THE FACILITIES WERE VERY NICE. WE REALLY APPRECIATED THE CHAIR AND UMBRELLA SET UP. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had no pre-planned, packed-full agenda, and this place allowed us to fulfill that.
Really close walk to the beach. Enjoyed the view from the porch reading and sipping a cup of coffee.
Everything was great. About the only complaint, were the construction workers drilling concrete one morning at 8 am. A call to the office though got them to wait until 9 am the next day.

Our condo was in building 1 on the 4th floor and it was amazing the condo itself was very clean and comfortable. The beach was just steps away and we all just loved it. Check in took about 3 minutes everything was ready. We had 2 small children with us and they just loved the pool it was a great vacation!!!
