My husband and I, along with our son and his family, had a wonderful time at this house! The kids were 8 and 6 and they enjoyed the bunk beds. The appliances were top of the line and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable.

Overall Comment

Beautiful house. Nice open main floor perfect for entertaining. Kitchen is large, well stocked all appliances worked well. Easy 10 minute walk to the beach, which is a nice quiet area compared to other parts that are more congested. Nice community, just not much of a view of the water if that matters. I would recommend and stay again.

Overall Comment

Benchmark made the check in and check out easy.
We enjoyed staying at this property and suited our needs very well. The bunk beds are a cozy place to spend some time to read or hang out. The ocean view from the birds nest was a great place for morning coffee.

Overall Comment

This was a very nice house, excellent bed/bath configuration. Kitchen was really nice and well stocked. The house was surface clean, but cobwebs were present on light fixtures and fans. There were no instructions at all for any appliance or special feature. Management company was non-responsive to a concern we had with water leaking in during rain. We would stay here again, with hopes there is improvement in manuals provided and more response from management.
