Great place to stay; perfect for the two of us. Clean, true to description, comfortable. Great oceanfront view from balcony with nice glass door/window combination fir good viewing from living area. Comfortable bed; adequate kitchen area. Beach chairs and umbrella included with rental was perfect. Convenient location to nearby restaurants as well. I’d definitely book this condo again.

I love the holiday surf complex always stay here the front desk is very accommodating the furniture in this condo needs updated the condo is for four people but the couch was no bigger than a love seat and the extra chair had no arm couldn't even sit on it. Very disappointing. Condo was clean and bed was comfortable but I wouldn't rent this condo again due to the furniture. We unfortunately had to cut our vacation short due to other circumstances but we will stay again as we love the complex and come every year

Was very skeptical to go on a trip being that we were in the middle of the COVID 19 pandemic. So glad we went truly enjoyed staying at the Holiday Surf Unit 503. Nice view of the beach, unit was very clean as well as the property. Staff was friendly. Looking forward to another trip.

The place was very clean. The staff was very nice from the front desk to the beach service. The beach area is a little small but that was ok with me. I was disappointed in the surface of the tennis courts. I do realize most people don’t care about that but if racquet club is in the name your tennis courts shouldn’t look disheveled. I also didn’t love not having a washer and dryer in my unit, but was aware of this beforehand. All that said, I would recommend this place. It was a wonderful value and a nice place to stay.

Room #503 A/C fan was unacceptably noisy & blew directly on us in bed. This was uncomfortable.
Since we've only stayed at HSRC I have nothing to compare it with. Exceptional were the beach men who provided the chairs & umbrellas. Scott is always very friendly & professional. All were very helpful and friendly.

Our experience with this rental was excellent. Loved the condo! Very spacious and loved the layout. The decor was darling. The view was perfect. We loved, loved, loved having the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella included. What a perk! Overall, our experience was great. Would definitely return to this location and rent the same condo. Loved that the condos were separate from the main road. Loved the palm trees lighted on the road. Very relaxing all the way around! The only negative was the elevator was too far from the condo. Building could use more elevators. Other than that, I rate this property very high.

IT WAS A GREAT LOCATION BEACH WAS GREAT POOL WAS NICE. THE UNIT WE STAYED WE DIDNT HAVE A MICROWAVE THE FIRST DAY IN HALF. SOMETIME IN THE NIGHT THE ELECTRITICY WENT OUT WHEN IT FINALLY CAME BACK ON THE AC STILL DIDNT WORK. WHEN YOU TURNED ON THE LIGHT IN THE RESTROOM THE VENT WAS LOUD I TRIED TO KEEP THE LIGHT OFF AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. THE BED WAS SUPER COMFY WE LOVED IT! IT WAS CLEAN AND WE LOVED THE VIEW. THERE WASNT A HAIRDRYER. IT WAS GREAT THEY HAD SHOPPING CARTS AND LUGGAGE CARTS VERY HELPFUL

We had 4 female family members stay here. Ranging in age from 18-72. The condo overall was very nice and was just as pictured. Kitchen had good basic set ups. Bed was comfortable. Pull out was 's a pull out. The table and chairs on the balcony was awesome for watching the dolphins, birds and people. The umbrella and 2 chairs on the beach was a huge plus. Everyone there was very helpful. Only negative would be the linen exchange. We arrived at 4pm on Monday and left at 10am Friday. You can only get fresh linens/towels from 9-1 on Monday and Thursday. So that cost us with washing loads in the laundry facility. (Which has ample number of washers and driers)
The gated entrance was a big plus. On a rainy day we watched a complimentary DVD. There are great options for groceries and such nearby. We had a few issues with reservations and payments but we would stay here again.

The place was very nice. All the people there were very nice. The only thing was we only had short stay and it was cloudy. But you can't help the weather.
The guy putting out the chair at ocean.....tell him happy birthday! Again!
