PROS: The condo was tasteful, very quiet, you're unable to hear the neighbors, unless you go out to the balcony; you can hear people from the pool area. Balcony was not beside anyone, only above and below. One of the living chair has been replaced, so not a recliner chair like the photo. The beds were very comfortable. I would say watch out for the end bed frame, hit my thighs and knee a few times!!! Showers, water pressure, and heating (hot water) was great! Unit have extra sheets, pillows, and blankets. Kitchen came with all some basic cookware’s. Drip coffee only, which the top was broken, so we end up using the kettle for instant coffee (not provided). I would pack extra pans, as there was only one that we’ve noticed. Plenty of silverware, knifes, and cooking silverwares. Unit was closed to the elevators. All the staffs were GREAT! Greeted you when you enter and exit, Very friendly, they will communicate with you if you run into one of them in the elevators or floors. Making you feel welcomed! The condo came with two complementary beach chairs and one umbrella, Ryan our lifeguard was amazing!
CONS: One of the stool in the kitchen was wobbling, so we didn't sit on it. Most lighting comes from natural lighting during the day, at night very dim. Manually have to turn on most of the light from the lamps itself; none of the lamps was connected to the light switch, unless it's the kitchen. I wouldn't consider this unit a luxury, maybe a premium, no in unit washer/dryer and tv's could use some streaming media services for customers to be able to log into their own account and log back off when they check-out, only limited basic channels. Tv's are smaller in the bedrooms, the master bedroom window had some mold on the rims of the windows and door to the balcony. Could use some minor fixer upper. The unit next door was being remodel, so we can hear workers drilling and banging in the early mornings, I had to tell them to quiet d

The condo was very nice, perfect spot for beach area. There are only 2 other condos that share the beach the rest are private homes. Therefore we did not have to fight for a spot on the beach. We will reserve at this condo for sure when we go to Destin. It is still in the heart of everything.

This unit is clean and nice. No weird smells like mold or mildew. Overall the facility is great. Beach is the best. Great view of pool and beach. Beach/umbrella staff are excellent. Love not hauling beach chairs and umbrellas on my own. There was room for improvement with the couch in front of the TV. The leather is worn as are the cushions, so you can feel the pull out bed underneath. There was no coffee pot but a coffee maker but we were able to order a new one from the front desk. There was no salt and pepper, so bring your own. The code for the room, initially didn't work. We were given 1 key for 4 people. The day after checking in, we got a new code, that finally did work. This seems to suggest we were simply not given the correct code on the 1st day from the front desk. I gave it 1 less star for cleanliness because I did find a large dead moth in 1 of the bedrooms and a pair of socks (I think they were clean) in the drawer. Finally, the front desk did not inform us of the change in the wifi code referenced in the unit which was changed/different than what the front desk had in their own records. Note: despite having a 2 BR, you are only allotted 1 umbrella at the beach. Despite coming here for many years, this still seems illogical to me. There were 4 of us, so we paid additional costs to get another umbrella for the other couple.

This was our first time in unit 510. We found it to be clean and well stocked. I also love that it has tile floors, made it easy to get rid of sand that gets tracked in. It was also nice that there were plastic plates and cups in addition to standard glasses. Great for kids. My only *tiny* note is that the blinds in the master bedroom don't really do anything to keep out early morning sun. Fortunately we had an extra dark and thick beach towel to put over them. This isn't a complaint, just a note to consider if you like to sleep past 6:30 while on vacation.

Great experience checking in. Had trouble connecting to WiFi, but desk staff helpful in resolving issue. The 1st night we went to bed we opened the sleeper sofa and the metal bars were broken. I contacted maintenance who informed me that it was reported with the previous tenants and that there was an air mattress in the closet. I feel like this piece of furniture should have been replaced prior to us checking in and if they were unable to do so we should have been notified. Also when we attempted to open th sleeper sofa there was trash underneath it

Another great stay in 510. We rented this same unit last year and had a great time. The style is very similar to my own (we have some of the same pictures on the walls) so it felt very much like home to my family. We booked again for next year we had so much fun. The unit was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location was perfect close to groceries and Target for anything you forgot to pack. The couch mattress isn't the most comfortable for a adult but for the kids it was fine. The view was amazing and wasn't far from the elevator.

It was the best vacation I have had in a long time. The people at Holiday Surf &
Racquet Club was professional and polite. I love the place we stayed. It was clean,stocked with everything you would need. We stayed there for 4 nights and will return next year for a 7 night stay. I love the security on the premises. The grounds and pool were very clean. Could not ask for a nicer or cleaner place for my daughter and grandchildren to stay. My grandson (who is scared of everything) told me he felt safe and was not scared, you have no idea how much that means to me about his safety. I have recommended this place to friends and family. As I've stated above I am returning and want to stay at the same unit. It is beautifully decorated, very tasteful not tacky at all. Who ever decorated this has a good eye for decor. The property is close to all restaurants, attractions and shopping (for food and souvenirs). The amenities were the best out of all of the other places around. Beach access was wonderful, not to far to walk. Kids loved the pool and everything was well maintained.

Great location. Very close to the beach. Makes it nice with kids if you need to go back and forth from the condo to the beach. Older building that is a little outdated. Nice pool, rental movies on property, overall nice. Had issues with the gate code not working to get in...and it sounded like that was a reoccurring thing with several people just in hearing conversations in passing through the lobby.

The property was in good condition. We have stayed at this resort in the past and really like the location. Close to grocery stores, restaurants?, souvenir shops. The lobby of the building had recently been remodeled and was very nice. Pool was heated which was great because it was a cool week. We had 6 in our party so 2 adults had to sleep on the pull out couch. Said it wasn't very comfortable. Also we were unable to adjust the volume on the Train V in the living room and it was pretty loud. Other than those few things, a great experience!
