There is only one word to describe our vacation rental; PERFECT!!! From the moment we walked in and saw the accommodations and views we felt relaxation and peace! It had everything! We truly loved our time in Destin! The condo we rented was clean, beautifully decorated and perfect for our family. Our days were spent mostly at the beach. We were thankful to have an umbrella and chairs set up for us each day. The beach was clean and the water was clear and calm. We have been vacationing at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club for the past 20 years. We have looked for less expensive accommodations but we always end up at HSRC. We have stayed in several different units, and found unit 522 to be the absolute best. The view of the Gulf from any of the units is fantastic. Access to the beach is great. The property and units are always clean. Staff is always very helpful if any problems, such as door codes, wi-fi access, tv operation should arise. We would highly recommend HSRC as an ideal vacation getaway.

Was in Destin for a week, veryry nice condo, everything worked and was clean upon arrival. The condo was decorated to make feel very homey. All the staff was very friendly. I liked that our condo came with the two beach umbrella chairs, but get there by 7:30 a.m to get front row. I would definitely recommend this condo unit.

Perfect location for a socially distanced vacation. The condo is clean, updated, has a few pullouts to help sleep the 6 people. The building has free DVD rentals and beach attendants who setup your umbrella and chairs and make sure other people aren't setting up their chairs in the umbrella area. We will definitely return!

Wonderful condo, exactly as described. Everything was first class including the view! The bed was very comfortable and the personnel at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club were very helpful. The only very slight negative would be the ice-maker in the refrigerator. There were only two of us and we were gone all day every day but the ice maker still couldn't keep up - slowest ice-maker I've seen. If you use even a moderate amount of ice, bring your own. Again, this was a very slight annoyance, everything else was perfect!

My husband and I stayed here for our 5 year anniversary. We had fantastic weather every day. The building itself was nice (a little old)but overall were pleased. We enjoyed the tennis courts and umbrella service. But, UNIT 522 WON OUR HEARTS! It was absolutely perfect!! We even made some friends on the beach who stopped by to see our unit and they were in love with it and said they would book that unit next time! We loved everything about Unit 522- the view, the decor, the kitchen, appliances, big comfortable bed, tv's, etc. We are already planning on booking the same unit next year, but will be bringing our 4 year old daughter. Thank you to Holiday Surf & Racquet Club for making the reservation, check in & check out process smoothly and a HUGE thanks to the unit owners! You have my referral from here on out!

The room was amazing. Everything was up to date. You can tell the owners really put some time and money into it. The property itself is older, but very well maintained. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The propert is located along Gulf Shores Rd in Destin. I live this area. Very quaint and the beach is pristine. My family of three had a blast. We will definitely be back.

We returned after a good experience during an earlier trip. We choose the unit because of the location and recent renovations. Everything exceeded our expectations, and the condo was clean, well stocked and very close to the beach. We’ll return, hopefully, as this unit is in high demand!!

Very clean and updated home, all the conveniences you need. Great western views of beach and sunsets. Easy in and out parking. Very nice location, with Target, grocery store, 2 pharmacy and gas station about a mile away.

This condo is so spectacularly beautiful and clean! We visited for 4 days and it rained 3 out 4 days but we just totally took advantage of the condo and relaxed! We met the owner who is also super! Will definitely visit again!

We were so very pleased when we walked in the door, looked down the hall and saw the spectacular view of the beach five floors up and in front of this condo! First impression. Then we started looking around and were in awe of the remodel that has been done! We know you must be very proud of your holiday home! Thank you for sharing. Our family loved our stay at the Holiday Surf and Racquet Club 522. We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and the amenities. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The condo, lobby, pool and beach were clean and such a relaxing getaway for us for the week. We would recommend this property and condo and would stay here again. The only complaint or recommendation we would give for the condo would be to have better wifi for the condo. The wifi worked only in the bedroom and did not work anywhere else in the condo. My husband and I both have jobs where it requires us to be on the computer some responding to emails and to use the wifi but limited us to the bedroom if we did have to use our computer. It would have been better and more enjoyable to do so in the living room where we could still enjoy the beach view or even go out onto the porch.

Love the easy access to the beach. Scott & his crew always remember us when we return. They are friendly, cordial & always helpful. This condo’s remodel was well thought out. It felt spacious even though it was a 1 BR. Wish I could contact the owners directly to tell them personally. We’ve been coming on & off for 30 years and not once were we ever acknowledged. Management should offer a perk for repeat visitors — and increase with every 5 years. We’ve brought so many customers they don’t even know of.

Unit 522 is a very beautiful unit. It was clean and decorated beautifully. I would suggest removing the owner’s pictures as that made us as guest feel a little weird and I had to be overly cautious to make sure the picture frames didn’t get damaged. The check-in process was easy. The unit is a decent walk from the elevator so keep that in mind. One suggestion, with the unit sleeping up to 6, please provide more than 4 sets of towels. I would rent this unit again.

The condo was beautifully renovated furnished, beds and linens were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking and dining ware but bring everything you need with you! We had to make a run to the store for salt and pepper, hand soap, paper towels and toilet paper (both had 1 roll provided, but with 4 people over 4 days its easy to run out) hairdryer, shampoo and conditioner and beach towels (again 4 were provided but they were small towels for bathing. It is hard to bring all of these items with you and not inexpensive or convenient to purchase once there. The beach was perfect and the chair service was wonderful but I was surprised to not see any recycling options and something I would love to see this area or complex provide. There is obviously a large volume of plastic bottles and aluminum cans being disposed of on and near the beach is pretty hard to ignore. Other than that, the staff was helpful and the movie rentals each day was a hit with the kids and adults alike.

WOW! Your condo was amazing. Loved your decor. Everything was nice and clean when we arrived. We found everything in the condo just as it was described. The views from the balcony are absolutely amazing. We enjoyed the balcony furniture and had supper out there several nites. Best view in Destin. We only had a couple of issues. The airconditioner makes quite a bit of noise. We ended up closing the bedroom door to sleep. Also, the interet does not work well in the den. We even tried checking it out in the bedroom and still did not work very well. There were other apartments around that the signal was showing up much stronger tan the condo we were actually in. Neither of these ítems was enough to keep us from loving this condo and we would definitely book again.

Was very satisfied with the whole process from the rental to check-in to check-out. Very easy and updated process. Room was just newly renovated. Everything is new and nicely decorated. The owners did a great job with the renovation. Gated parking lot was also nice. We give it 5 stars and would encourage everyone to give it a try.

We stayed in room 522, and it was perfect! It was just enough space for our family, even when 2 friends staying next door came over to visit. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach chair set up-my sister kept my daughter while we would leave to watch our son play in the World Series, and it was nice to be able to always have a spot for them when they were ready to go down to the beach. We also enjoyed the beach between and after games! It was very clean, and not too crowded. The grill area was also convenient- we grilled steaks and shrimp for dinner one night. We hope to come back soon!
