We were very pleased with this unit. Everything worked, the TV/DVD were easy to operate. Kitchen was fully stocked, furniture comfortable, mattresses very good. We'd return here, no question.

We have been to this condominium 2 times now and are never disappointed. The room was good except rooms get hot at night so they have stand up fans in each room to help. Great view, great staff!!

Great little apartment in great location, friendly staff, awesome beach, great service.
Nobody wants to work while on vacations, but I had to and internet service was very poor, especially during the late hours. Signal strenght was good, but the quality was disastrous.

Nice Condo with Updates Needed

Hi my family of 6 recently stayed here for a little beach trip before school starting. Great location. It was very quiet which we loved. I also loved the fact that beach chairs and umbrella were included too. Made that pretty convenient. However I did have a few drawbacks. This condo needs some serious updating. Everything is so old. Kitchen you can see all the rust and bathrooms are old. But overall I couldn’t complain too much because we were right on the beach and being able to open that back patio door and hear the waves were awesome. My kids loved it.

It was a great property with tennis courts in a swimming pool that was heated. Saw dolphins from our balcony swimming in the gulf each morning. Super great location on the beach with amazing beach staff that got us set up each morning with an umbrella and chairs. Already talking about when we can go back. It was perfect. Very clean.

Facility is convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. I loved having the chairs on the beach. Unit 702 though needs a lot of work. It was clean but very, very dated furniture and supplies.

This was our 2nd stay at Holiday Surf and Racket Club HSRC). We were in Unit 605 during this stay and we totally pleased with the accommodations. The staff at HSRC could not be nicer. The beach access (right on the water) and views could not be better. The outdoor pool is heated and the water is just right and not overloaded with chlorine. I like to swim laps and there was no need for a mask to prevent stinging eyes. Wish there was an indoor pool for the cooler days and a spa would be nice but HSRC does not have these. There is an adequate workout facility and a nice sauna. Free DVD movies are provided. We stayed 2 months, Jan and Feb., and are signed up again for 2021. There are nice activities for "snowbirds."

Disappointed in Unit 702

The unit is very dated, and could use a remodel/update.
Every mattress in the unit is hard as a rock and should be replaced, ESPECIALLY the sofa sleeper! It felt like you were laying on a box spring!!
No one had a good nights sleep the entire time we were there. :/

My condo was clean and very comfortable! Amazing ocean view! I went to sleep every night with the window open listening to the waves, it was heaven. It definitely needs decor updating but that did not takeaway for our great experience. The only negative was you had to get up every morning at 7:30 and get your chair tag on a set of chairs if you wanted to be sure you were on the first row of chairs on the beach. I would have rather paid a extra fee to reserve them I like to sleep a little longer in the morning on vacation.

Spent six nights. We were able to compare places as we had friends staying in other condos. Ours was wonderful for entertaining friends and decorated tastefully. The property association just needs to add lights to the tennis courts.
