Overall Comment
Our stay was excellent. The unit was beautiful and very clean. The housekeeping staff was very accommodating. Our coffee maker was not working and they came immediately with a replacement. Hector the property manager was very helpful before and after our arrival. Of course, the view was spectacular. The amenities were as described and better. Some things I would change, the clothes bar in the closets was to high for me to reach,(they did send a step stool for me), We did not care for the metal dining room chairs ,uncomfortable. But overall it was fantastic . Would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you

We had previously had upholstered chairs for the dining room table but these would become so stained from food/drink spills as well as sunscreen so the best option was the metal. Overall Comment
Very nice vacation rental with all the amenities. Rental was very clean We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The house condition was excellent — everything felt well-maintained and updated with zero issues during our trip. spotless on arrival, from the kitchen to the linens to the bathrooms. The views are unreal. Waking up to the ocean every morning never got old, and the sunsets from the deck were the highlight of each day. Convenience was perfect, you take five stairs and you are on the beach, restaurants, shopping and a grocery store are close by, and parking was easy. Amenities covered everything we needed: fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, comfy beds, washer/dryer, beach chairs, umbrellas. Property Management team was professional as well and kept in touch via phone and emails, even offered our family free breakfast when we checked out.
Only improvement I would recommend is their property management portal - it was changed few times since booking.
I would recommend this vacation rental to family and friends. We will definitely book again.
