Unit as described. Nice and clean. The only real issue was low water pressure and for 4 people staying 3 days there were not enough towels and wash cloths. Otherwise everything was great and we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was wonderful. The condo was very clean and spacious for my family. We did not encounter any problems during our stay. The walk to the beach was very short and exceptional. The two pools are heated in which the kids enjoyed due to it being very windy. I will definitely be returning.

The condo was great! We were really surprised when we got to the beach and the unit came with chair and umbrella service! Only complaints I can give based on our stay is 1. The elevator near our room would not come up to our floor the last 2 days. This isn’t such a big deal, except complaint #2. The carts tires were really low making it almost impossible to roll and turn the cart without it tipping over. Paired with complaint #1, packing out was quite difficult. However, this is minor when you look at the proximity to the beach! Private beach right across the street, famous Destin beach sand and the beautiful emerald water! We will be back!!

This was our first time staying in a condo that wasn’t “beach front”. With that being said, the walk to the beach was just about the same, maybe even shorter. The only difference is not being able to sit on the balcony and listen to the waves crash in or watch our son fish from the condo balcony. The condo is completely updated and the beds are super comfortable. The only complaint is the water pressure. You have to run around in the shower to get wet!! The water pressure is terrible. Just rinsing the shampoo out of your hair was difficult. If they can rectify that, this condo would be top notch. We enjoyed our stay even though our week there were double red flags and no one could get in the gulf. We drove to 30A, only about a 20 min drive, and rented bikes in Seaside and had a fantastic time.
