Very nice place, well cleaned. Had a couple issues that needed maintenance - took over 36 hours for them to show up to fix the problems. All issues fixed except kitchen sink faucet was basically given a 'bandaid' as the issue came back on our second to last day.

Great Fall Break week spent at this very spacious home, within easy walking distance to the beach.
The kitchen comes FULLY equipped w/ everything you could possibly need. Beautiful bedrooms, great TV's, single drive for 3 cars, outdoor shower. Great home to rent!

> Refrigerator was broken and had to have maintenance on first day (over an hour)
> Electrical crew doing routine wiring on a new upstairs AC for top floor took over 5 hours on day 3. (they were in and out of house)

Upon arrival the house was beautiful, clean, and wonderful proximity to the beach. All amenities were as described. The maintenance person was on site when we checked in and informed us that door knob needed to be replaced but he didn’t have one so we didn’t have a door knob for 24 hours, but the deadbolt so worked. We also had to call maintenance because the third-floor air conditioner was not working. Somebody came out to try to fix it but in the end it was never followed through so it did not work for entire stay. Communication was consistent and positive throughout fixing these areas. Even with these minor things I would recommend staying here and would book the place again.

We stayed from July 3rd - July 17th.
Recently renovated, spacious, close to the lake, close to the beach, close to restaurants, beautiful private pool (from 3.5/4 feet deep in the shallow end to 6 feet deep in the deep end).
The best thing, for us, about this house was that it had a private pool, was on a quiet street with very little traffic, and was close to the beach via the Lake.
We will absolutely consider staying here again in the future.
One thing to be aware of: you cannot access the public beach closest to the house by cutting through the neighborhood to the south. That walkway is behind a gate/code, so you have to walk on the road around a block of homes and past the Lake access to get to the Beach access. Not a big deal, but annoying and worth consideration if mobility is an issue for someone in your family.

Overall Comment
We loved this beach house. Close to beach and everything. We rented a golf cart which made getting our beach gear to and from the beach a breeze, but it was a short walk as well. We had issue with air conditioner and pool, but management company had someone there within minutes to check it out. We will definitely be back!

Great house - good location - very clean. Beds and furniture are very comfortable. TVs are large. We had a great time and felt very comfortable during our stay. Pool
was cold but they are installing a heater. Rent a Golf cart to make it very easy to get around during your stay.
