The house was clean and very well decorated. Close to one pool but the only thing that was missing that would be very helpful would be a golf cart for the house. The ocean was not near the house which we thought it was. But we enjoyed it and would stay again if we decide to come back

This beach house was an amazing one!! We enjoyed our stay so very much that my children are already talking about going back!! The walk to the beach, the private access at the beach, leaving our stroller on the platform, was all very incredible!! We absolutely love the beach and we look forward to many more adventures here!

Enjoyable stay at Second Wind. No frills and great location to pool #1. Now for the negatives: there were several lightbulbs burned out and the upstairs shower was clogged. Only one dish towel. The beach chairs were in rough shape. Lastly, the HD TV has a couple of lines that are visible on all channels.

We loved our stay in this home. It was comfortable and quiet. A quick walk to the beach with a private access was nice. The home was clean, the king bed very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, overall a really nice place to stay.

The four of us had a very relaxing week staying at Second Wind. The home had everything for a perfect vacation. The furnishings and decor were beautiful. We so enjoyed the outside area with lots of seating and grill for cooking out. The location was perfect within 5 min walk to the beach. The neighborhood has two awesome pools with one of the pools steps away from the house. I would definitely recommend this property and will definitely stay here again..

I booked this rental based on the updated decor and feel. The minute we walked in the house I knew it was a great choice! The front of the house wraps around with an enormous amount of seating. The backyard was fairly large for the neighborhood and private from neighbors, with lots of shade and seating. Everything was clean and gave that feel of straight luxury. The rooms are larger than they appear in photos and it was nice that both rooms had their own private bathrooms. The first floor bathroom has a door directly outside, this came in handy after mornings at the beach and needing to wash off extra sand without getting it all over the house! We stay in Emerald Shores every vacation and I think I’ve found the only house I will ever stay in.

Place was great, very comfortable and clean. The only evening we had to spend there, the fan on the back patio was broken. It was too hot and buggy to sit out there without the fan. I notified management the next day but they had to replace the unit which got done the next day, our last day there. They were extremely professional about handling the issue. Beach proximity should be explained more thoroughly in description. Have to walk through whole community and if you are carrying chairs and towels etc it was hot and felt like a long way. No parking for auto on the beach side.
