The unit we stayed in was nice and updated. Good stocked kitchen for cooking. The only thing I would change would be the carpet - did not look fresh and clear and a couple of spots.

The condo was very clean! LOVED the location and the views! VERY short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again! Note that we could not get the sliders to lock. We were not concerned by this, but if you would be, this may not be the place for you. (We did not let Mgmt know, since it wasn't an issue for us, & we had already seen that on previous reviews, so assume they're aware...)

We fully appreciated the condo for our week vacation. Place has a superb view from the beach side of the condo we saw dolphins swimming almost every morning along the sand bar. Went with my sister, mom and all 4 littles and everyone had a nice time. Beach was handicap accessible which was great since my mom cant do stairs. I would mention that the emergency repair info in the packet needs to be updated. We had a kitchen sink leak our second night and called security as noted and they said there was nothing they could do about it and to call back in the morning, fortunately it just meant we couldnt use the sink that night, but if it had been a water heater leak or something we couldnt stop we would have had no idea what to do since security said none of that was part of their job and the leasing office is closed at night.
Place was in great shape, clean, nicely decorated, and given the chance we will gladly book again, thank you!

The unit was an end unit, very nice views and location. it had several problems: no hot water in kitchen sink, dishwasher not working, kitchen floor dirty, sliding glass door unable to lock. But on Monday (unable to reach anyone on the weekend),they fixed everything except the door. Rest of vacation was wonderful. Returning next year.

This unit allowed us to see the sunrise and and the sunset from our deck - fabulous! The unit has updated furniture and carpet, could use a kitchen sink update, but all the utensils and dishes are readily available in the cabinets, and love the refrigerator. Shoreline Towers is a perfect location- close to everything you need on Hwy. 98. The property is well maintained and staff is friendly. Definitely recommend Shoreline Towers and if you want a perfect view of the beach, this unit is it!

Cons: The A/C doesn't cool as well in the back as in the front of the condo.
Double beds very tough on your back. Double beds replaced with comfortable Queen beds would be VERY much appreciated.

Our vacation experience was great! The property was very clean and a great family atmosphere. The condo was in great condition and the staff is always very friendly. We have came here 4 years in a row and always have the same quality stay each time. We have made this our family vacation spot each year with 25 members of my family coming at the same time each year! I would highly recommend anyone to stay here for a vacation, you will not be disappointed. I have recommended and had at least 7 friends and family bring their families for vacations here. We have always stayed at Shoreline Towers when we visit Destin. We like the close proximity of the beach to the condo as well as the close proximity of the grocery store. I chose this corner condo because of the amazing view. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with the registration process. My only recommendation for this unit would be to replace the master bedroom mattress. I had backaches from sleeping on this bed. I will return to Shoreline, but will probably choose a different unit.

The unit we stayed in at Shoreline Towers was fantastic in every way. The size was perfect and the view was more than amazing. There were six of us growon women (mothers/daughters) and we must have eaten all our meals on the balcony. When we weren't on the beach, we were on the balcony. Perfect accommodations. The whole unit was fully up to date, clean, and even better than expected. The beach access has a full ramp down to the beach and was easy to access for all of us (oldest being 79). I want to go back to that exact same unit again. Like the ad said, "1021 is just a few steps from the beach and Gulf." This unit was accurately advertised.

Great location, just a short walk to the water. From the patio we could listen to the waves and see dolphins every morning. The condo offered plenty of room for us, (2 adults & 5 children) The beach chair rental was very accommodating to us and our friends. The only down fall is we enjoy grilling and the grills were on the other side of the complex. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

The balcony experience is wonderful and you could not get any closer to the beach. We recently stayed in Unit 1021. The condo was spacious, very clean, well equipped, and had the most amazing view from the balcony. The location was perfect! Shoreline Towers is our favorite place to stay in the area. Dewey Destin's Harborside was our favorite restaurant...great seafood! This was by far our best trip to the Gulf Coast ever.

Was great! They called us the day of check in to let us know the unit was ready early, which was nice b/c we had a 12 hr drive. Location was perfect. Gorgeous view. Lots of space. Clean for the most part. Segway tour was lots of fun !Kayaks are cool! plenty of good food choices. only downfall was the empty umbrella & chairs that they set up early morning right in front of our unit, we had our own & chose not to rent them, but they took up prime beach space and were not being used. we had our 2 elderly mothers with us and I didn't think they should have to walk so far away from our unit for an empty beach spot. Overall it was pretty perfect and we would return and also recommend this place to others.

The best part of the rental is an amazing view. The unit needs some updating and the kitchen is lacking. None of the pots had matching lids and there were not a lot of things to cook with. We were promised a 4 pm check in and were not able to get into the condo until after 5 pm which was a big inconvenience and did not start the trip off on a positive note. The toilet overflowed the first day we were there but maintenance and housekeeping responded quickly.

The condo was decent overall. The complex is dated and in need of a facelift. The unit was clean but could also use a facelift. The kitchen is very dated and carpet could use replacing. The décor of the unit was nice.
We have stayed in other complexes in both Pensacola and Destin for the same amount of money that were far more updated.
The staff was very helpful and polite. We had an issue at check in and needed to be moved to another unit. They were very helpful.

The title gives my comments away.
We have been renting at Shoreline for six years and always look forward to a month of enjoyment in Destin. We have the opportunity to rent in other places, but prefer to return to Shoreline. The condos have always been more than satisfactory, the view is beautiful, the beach at arm's length and each tower has it's own population of very friendly people. We are "destined" for Destin, next year.
