Condo was very nice and comfortable. The beds were great. The AC had a hard time with the heat of staying semi cool. We actually put a beach towel at the kitchen closet door because that room was like a sauna. Wondered if it was from the return hot air vents outside our condo. Overall we loved it but would probably pick a different room next year due to the AC. Thanks.

WE HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE AC WHEN WE ARRIVED, HOWEVER, EVERYONE AT SHORELINE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND RESOLVED IT QUICKLY. IT WAS VERY HELPFUL TO HAVE ONSITE MANAGEMENT THERE. We love shoreline towers and always come here when we go to Destin. This unit was our most favorite that we have ever stayed in. However, the construction was not as portrayed in our initial contract. It is not a phased project as was stated. The entire complex was a mess. I had confirmed that our balcony in tower 1 would be completed. However,when you can't enjoy being on the balcony because of construction noises (jack hammer, a generator runnning the power washing right under your balcony, etc). Waking up two mornings to a jack hammer going starting at 7:30 am under the building (we were on the second floor so it was so loud we couldn't hear each other speak) for hours was frustrating. We did not start getting the construction update emails until after we had paid our final deposit which since it was passed the time we could cancel made them pointless. I will say when we went to inform the rental office, they were very kind and gave us a 15% refund. I'm still not sure I would have paid $2000 to come and be annoyed most of the week at the noises though and be in a complete construction zone since all 3 towers, the townhomes, and the main office were being worked on while we were there (again, not the phased work stated in the contract). The beach staff were awesome as always.

Thank you for returning to Shoreline Towers 1022. It was phased as they were working in Towers 2 & 3 and Unit 1022 had all new windows and doors and balcony was open for use. Yes there was other construction on property and I am sorry for the noise and hopefully the renovation project will be completed in the other towers soon. We loved our stay. The location was right on the beach and we could access the beach quickly down one floor of stairs or the elevator. The complementary beach chairs were great and our kids enjoyed the beach and the outdoor heated pool. We will definitely come back to this location.

This unit has been remodeled recently and was very clean and luxurious.
All the great restaurants are close by some of them in walking distance.

This condo is fantastic!!!! Up to date, beautiful amenities, master bath is gorgeous ��. Air conditioning worked fantastic(we did take the advice and kept the curtains drawn during the heat of the day) Steps from the white powder beach. Comfy beds and living room furniture. Overall a 10 for us. We had 4 other families there in other condos and ours was by far the best one. You will not be disappointed.

We absolutely loved the condo! we could not have asked for a better place to vacation. The one and only downfall to this particular unit was that the beach umbrella and chairs were not included. The condo itself was beautiful and very spacious. The staff at Shoreline Towers were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here on future trips to Destin.

The unit was great! It was modern and clean! I love art and it was very artisticly done! Very classy not cheesy like some.
We could see the beach from every window! Drinking Coffee every morning off the balcony listening to the ocean was one of my favorites! The beach is so close and if you opt for the umbrella service everything is set up for you when you walk onto the beach everyday!
This was our first gulf beach visit and we were impressed! The beach is warm, and gentle. The sand is super soft too!
We have three kids 10,7,4. Everything from our room to the beach was a perfect fit for us. If one of the kids needed something we were close enough to the room it wasn't a problem.
We also used the pool. It was nice to have the option of a pool, for a change of pace and the littlest liked the break from the waves.
We went to Bo Champs for our date night...the food was amazing and so was the atmosphere. It's only a few minutes away and you can sit outside by the bay.
We also stopped at The Other End. It is a burger place on the bay. Very laid back, awesome atmosphere too! Parking was a bit challenging but, the food did not disappoint!
Over all it was an amazing trip with outstanding service! Can't wait to do it again!

We had a wonderful stay in Destin. The condo was very clean when we arrived.
The grounds were clean and easily accessible. The location is perfect for us, close to the beach and pool. We loved waking up to to the gulf everyday.
We had one ongoing issue, the master bath toilet ran all night. Every time we used the master bath toilet, we had to jiggle the handle many times to stop running. We told the management, never was fixed.

We were very pleased with the owners , taking the resposability to have this unit kept modern , bright and nicely decorated . Obviously they want the guests to be very comfortable while spending their vacation in this unit . We have booked it again for next November 2017 with no hesitation .
During our stay a couple of issues were addressed quickly by management . T.V. was replaced with a new one and a toilet needed some repair .
My wife , my sister in law and myself felt that this unit made our holiday even more enjoyable in that is kept so nice . Thanks again to the owners for being serious having there guests feel special by keeping it up to date .

Condo was beautiful, owner has superb decor taste and it was very clean, kudos to housekeeping. Actually, the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in and this is our 14th year in Destin. Very well equipped kitchen if you want to cook while there, which we did not. Beds were very comfortable. The master bath shower...WOW! View from our 2nd floor balcony was nice and so relaxing with our morning coffee. Rained the first three days and then the weather turned absolutely gorgeous. Have never seen the water so aqua and clean before in the spring. Dolphins were frolicking in the water and you could watch from your balcony. Best vacation ever! So relaxing. The beauty and cleaniness of the condo made it so enjoyable. We are already talking about our vacation in Destin next year and would love to stay in the same condo. We love Shoreline Towers, have for years. Have recommended it to so many of our friends and family. If your trying to make a decision, you wont be sorry for choosing Shoreline.

We had a rare 2 week vacation this year at Shoreline Towers. Our second week was spent in Unit 1022 and was great - a huge improvement over the unit we were in the first week. It is obvious that the owner here cares about providing a good experience for his guests. Kitchen was nicely supplied with everything needed, bedrooms and living room were comfortable and nicely decorated, bathrooms were fabulous - even the patio furniture on the balcony was a step above! We appreciated the time spent in this beautiful condo!

We continue to return in large measure because of the amenities of the units as well as the professionalism of the management staff. We have stayed in several different units and have not been disappointed with any.
This was the first time that we stayed in a unit (1022) that was located on a lower level and we all absolutely enjoyed the experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Shoreline Towers.

My family and I will stay here again. this unit is very nice. Everything has been updated. It was very clean and the beds in both bedrooms are very nice and comfy. The Kitchen has beautiful stainless appliances, and is very well stocked with everything you need.

The condo was beautiful. I loved the tile throughout and the leather funiture. The updated kitchen was spectacular! The location was perfect. It was close to shopping and resturants. The ladies in the front office were helpful and polite. The only drawback was the concrete restoration noise, but the view was enough to take your mind off that. There was an odor in the washer but the clothes came out clean. Overall, it gets an A++ from me and my family. We will definitely stay in 1022 again.

Stayed 7 days in unit 1022. Very Clean and view is fantastic. Only complaint was they were working on the hallway outside and were extremely noisy. The condo has been totally redone and is very pretty and comfortable. It is the second time we have used this unit and would again.

Top of the line unit, great location. I've stayed in many rentals over the years and this one rates at the top of my list! Very clean and the owners have added a very elegant touch to the décor. Location of the unit is great, 2nd floor near the stairwell and a very short walk to the beach, the kitchen is supplied with any and everything you might need and there were plenty of towels(a rare find), everything was outstanding! Bathrooms incredibly roomy and tons of storage. My husband and I used the fitness center daily and it was well equipped and never crowded. Gas grills located near the pool were an extra nice touch as well. Only negative I could say would be the pool being so far from the beach. That didn't effect us but I know how kids like to go back and forth from pool to the beach and I think it was too far. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan on being back :)

We had a great time in Destin and enjoyed some good food along the way. The weather was ok the first few days but then pretty rainy the rest of the week. The beach was very pretty the first couple of days when we got there but the tide came up the rest of the week which brought some nice waves in but the water wasn't as pretty and lots of seaweed.

Although I have visited Destin for years, this was my first stay at Shoreline Towers. I was not dissapointed!
The condo was wonderfully decorated and very spacious compared to other 2 bedroom condos I've stayed in in Destin (and I've been visiting for 10+ years). Both bedrooms had wonderful views of the beach. One morning we were actually able to see dolphins from the spare bedroom window. This unit is also just a few steps away from the staircase so walking to the beach was a breeze. The elevators weren't far either and they ran pretty quickly. The pictures for this unit are pretty spot on except I don't think they show how much closet space both rooms have. The master bedroom has a large walk in closet and the spare bedroom has a decent sized closet as well.
Shoreline Towers itself was beautifully landscaped. I visited the pool in the late afternoon/evenings and it was great. It was rarely ever crowded and the water felt great (heated pool). The sauna was nice as well although it is only open during office hours I believe.
All employees of Shoreline Towers that I encountered were incredibly nice and helpful. Check in was fast & easy- maybe only took 1-2 mintues. We had an issue soon after we got into the room regarding the door locking. After calling the office, someone was at our room to help within a few minutes. The men we encountered working in the guard building at the entrance were very kind as well.
I would absolutely recommend this unit to anyone (and already have!).

This was our first trip to Destin and we thoroughly loved every minute of our vacation. The room (unit 1022) was phenomenal and the view was even more pleasing. The owners were very kind and friendly during my initial inquiry and the rental process was painless. I believe our family has found it's annual vacation DESTINation !!!!
