Our Condo was great ! Very spacious and extremely clean . Staff was very helpful with blocking the light outside the front bedroom window. The extent of the renovation was a bit more than we expected. We parked out in a parking lot instead of under cover in the parking garage . It was being used for materials for renovations.Views of the gulf are from the side of building not facing to the front . Was a bit of a walk. Would stay again .

The owner has recently completed a lot of upgrades and renovations within the unit itself - I love the turtle theme that they have going in the guest bedroom! Garage parking is reserved for penthouse units and their accompanying guests and unfortunately is not available for any other units. Our 2-bedroom condos in towers 1 and 2 offer angled views of the gulf and we do also have 3-bedroom gulf front condos available that would give you that straight forward view if you're interested in future visits. The rental was a great location with essay beach access. The place was exactly as it was pictured on VRBO. We had plenty of space for our family of 6 and everyone had a great time. The down fall on this trip was construction and is not being able to access our balcony. The plus side to that was that we at least had a view of the ocean from the master bedroom. Overall super pleased and will definitely be visiting again, hopefully very soon.

The view of the ocean from this condo and patio was amazing White sand beach is beautiful! It is near everything such as restaurants, grocery, gas, waterpark, go karts. Tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, and pool on site.
Minor criticisms(from someone who used to own and rent a condo in FL), kitchen could have more and variety of cooking utensils. Also more things to make cooking at home easier such as spices, oils, etc. Furniture could be updated.

This condo is updated and pretty. Very happy with it. Called maintenance to tighten chair legs and they were there right away. The condo is on the third floor, close to the elevators and short walk to the beach.

The condo was nice, the first few nights we had a person above us in 2043 that was loud, throwing thing around all night long and cussing. we call security but she never made contact with the individual. On Monday night the claim in the room yelled out the door to call 911 so we did and the man was arrested. I went to the office and spke with lady. she informed me that that unit wants on of your it was Holiday isle she said she would get with the Manager the next morning and let her know.she said someone would call me but that never happened. I told her that Holiday Isle could reimburst for couple nights. other then that it was a nice stay

A very nice, updated unit, well equipped, comfortable beds. I should warn others about the last step on the stairwell. It is a half step very close to the exit door and I twisted my ankle the first trip to the beach. Use the elevator or be very careful. It's no fun hobbling around the majority of your stay.

This was my 2nd time to stay in this condo; although this time it had been remodeled, so I wasn't sure at first that I was in the correct condo as before. The prior visit the living room furniture was very comfortable! This time it wasn't; it was a hard leather-like L shaped sofa without any recliners, one could never get comfortable sitting on it to watch tv. We had to clean the stove top (looked grease streaked) and the floors we had to mop a couple of times before they were clean enough to stand walking on, the air in take vents were covered in dust and some of the T.V.'s weren't working because of not having the cable boxes. Arrived on Saturday and it was Monday afternoon before any of them were fixed after telling 3 different people. Management finally was able to get the problem fixed, along with getting clean bed spreads. The beds were very comfortable and the rest of property (grounds) were very nice and well kept. Loved the beach (we were very close to it) and how close the stores were to the property when we needed to go out for things. Lots of great restaurants close by also! All in all a great vacation, just was disappointed in the cleaning crews work (I think they were in a rush to clean and move on and also didn't check the bedspreads; which were either dirty or torn), about the uncomfortable furniture in the living room area and about the tv's; but we didn't let it ruin our vacation. I just don't want that particular condo again; unless its changed. It would also help if people would remember not to run, yell, and hit the walls in the halls at night; because people are sleeping just on the other side of that wall! Scared my daughter and mother several times that week at night when people would do that; usually kids or teens. I'm not trying to be mean; but if no one tells of these things, then management doesn't know what is going on and how to fix it. I really do like this place! Thank you ��

Unit 2033 is a great unit and the homeowner just purchased all of that furniture less than two years ago. We have gotten a lot of complements on the leather white sectional in the living room. Unit was exactly as described on website, clean and updated with a very nice view of the Gulf. The only recommendation I would make for this unit is larger Tv's and cable in the smaller bedroom.
However, I will say that the pool and exterior building s for Shoreline Towers is in need of a update. The pool location was also inconvenient. Still the unit was great.

Everyone in the office was very pleasant and welcoming (after I found the office). Other arriving guests were even asking us where to check in. The people who work the gate should tell guests on arrival where to go to check in!
We stayed in unit 2033. Great view of the ocean! It was very nice and very clean, also well stocked with plenty of kitchen essentials and bath towels. It had just about everything we needed. The only flaw of the unit was the garbage disposal was broke. It was loud and sounded as if someone had put broken glass or seashells down it.

My family of 5 stayed in unit 2033. The condo was extremely clean,updated beautifully and perfectly located. The building was quiet and very family friendly. It was a little slice of paradise for us. The only problem we experience was the cable remote in the living area did not work. We did contact the office and a service rep came up but it was not resolved before we left. This was minor though as we were not there to watch t.v. really. Other than that, the condo was perfect and we would highly recommend. We had a wonderful stay there.

This was our 1st trip to Destin and it was absolutely amazing. The beaches were clean, water was clear. and everyone was very friendly. Unit 2033 was everything the website said and more. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was stocked with everything anyone would need. We did have an issue with the TV remote in the living area.You had to get on the floor and manually change the channels. Maintenance was called and did come over to tell us that the wrong remote was in the unit and they would see if they could find another one. They never followed back up, so I guess there still looking. We also grilled out one night, and after the walk from tower 2 to the grills behind the pools, the striker on the grill doesn't work. Luckily there was a gentleman in tower 3 that let us use a lighter. Other than these 2 minor issues, it was a great stay and we were very satisfied.

As usual the overall stay in Destin and Shoreline Towers was very good. But there were a few issues with the unit listed as follow:
1) There was no full cable TV in the living room. The Cox cable box was only installed in the master BR.
2)There was only one large pot. We cooked spaghetti sauce so we had to make due because there wasn't a large pot to cook the sauce and one to boil the noodles
3)Need dish drainer.
4)Ceiling fan in living room. I know not all units have this but it is my preference and I think it would lower utility costs for the owner.
5)I believe there were 4 bath towels. We had 4 but if 6 people were visiting it would not have been enough.
6)The towel rack in the guest bath came off and needs to be tightened. We place back on but didn't have a screwdriver in order to properly tighten it to the wall.
7)It's not a big issue with me personally but the TV in the living room was fairly small for the size of the room. Big TV watchers probably would have been disappointed. 55+ inch TV's are fairly cheap.
I'm selecting recommending to a friend with changes being made.

Thank you Mr. Milner for your review of Unit 2033. Currently the Association is going thru a swap over from regular cable to HD Cable in all of the units and that is part of the problem. COX Cable has been alerted that we need a new cable box in the living room and that has been taken care of. I wish we had know you needed a larger pot or another large pot as we could have gotten you one. You mentioned bath towels. Each unit has ten bath towels, hand towels and face cloths. Some are hanging and others are in the vanity. I will do a service order and get that towel rack tightened up today. I will let the homeowner know about increasing the size of the TV in the living room. Maybe he can move the 46" Flat Screen into the Master Bedroom. Pictures made the place seem a little dated in comparasion to other properties, but we were pleasantly surprised! Bed in master was comfortable, though we had issues with the tolit for the first day or two, but got it fixed. The TV in the 2nd bedroom was dated and we had trouble with playing movies, so if you have kids keep that in mind until that gets updated.

Shoreline Towers 2033 is a spacious 1430 sq ft unit with all the comforts of home including a washer and dryer that is for the guests convenience during their stay. Units are furnished with all linen including bathrooms with an ample supply of towels, wash clothes and hand towels for a weeks stay. I was in sure heaven for a week with my toes in the sand! Waking up in the morning to the beautiful ocean view and going to sleep after a night out on the balcony listening to the tides crash I was completely relaxed for the week. I would say that the condo could use some update in style as it was needing some attention but we had everything we needed! And the environment was clean and very quiet which is what I was looking for!

The management staff were always available an resolved any issue we had regarding the unit. Sharon also made herself available on the weekends. They are to be commended

The weather was great ,the condo was nice they need to replace both toilets they were noisy . Rather than that we were very satisfied ,the location was perfect .the property management was very professional.I would recommend this condo to anyone .

Overall Comment
The rental was plenty big enough for the six of us. It was at a good location and easy to get to off the hwy. However, the rental could use some updating and a little TLC. The walls had stains and scuff marks and the bed linens were stained. We used our own blankets that we had brought. Our biggest concern was that when we were on the beach the chair rental company had taken all the space up in the front of the beach and they got angry if you sat your own chair in front of theirs. The umbrellas were so close that it was difficult to walk to the water and they obscured our view of the water and they blocked the wind off of surf making it hot and unable to feel the wind. Many umbrellas and chairs out in the beach were not occupied. I feel as a rental customer we should have been able to have enjoyed the beach without all those rental chairs and umbrellas. They need to be off the beach front some and let others enjoy the beach. If I want to lay in still air I would lay at home in my pool.
