Overall Comment
We sent Jan. and Feb. 2024 at this Unit . As construction was still ongoing there were many mornings with constant , loud grinding noises . As far as the Unit itself goes . Very comfortable and clean . Good views of the Gulf . We had issues with the T.V’s but this was corrected in a few days . A good vacation Unit . Would return for sure . Hopefully construction will be completed . And the outside landscaping etc. completed as well .

The pool location is the worst thing about this property. Great layout and roomy unit. The unit needs some attention and updating. The lighting situation is very dim. No hair dryer in unit, the unit doesn’t cool great on one side of condo, garbage disposal doesn’t work. All in all would stay again, because these aren’t deal breakers, and are “first world” complaints.

This was our second time staying in this particular unit and loved it as much this time as we did the first time. The view is beautiful and just a step away from the beach. Overall, I would give this Unit a 4 of 5 and only doing that because the first time I believe there were renovations prior to our stay making the bathrooms and kitchen areas cleaner. Not to say it wasn't clean but I am a Property Manager so I would look in places other would not.

Nice unit with some nice improvements.
Beach views from both bedrooms.
Does need some updated and brighter lighting.
Bathrooms and kitchen are updated.
Dining room table and chairs are old, heavy and dated.
The light over the dining room table flickers and trips the circuit breaker (we told the office about this).
Overall, 2075 is a great unit with a GREAT view of the beach.

We needed a getaway from Covid. The property was just what we needed. I appreciated the opportunity to complete all paperwork online. We had a perfect waterfront view and unit was clean with everything we needed. Very relaxing. Only negative was thermostat was difficult to locate and furniture was used and uncomfortable. Getting in and out of bathtub was dangerous for someone elderly.

The pictures don't do this rental justice...the view is fabulous! The unit is a perfect size, plenty of room to hang with family & friends. The kitchen had everything you could need...except scissors! Now that I think about it, I'm not sure any places we've rented has had them, LOL!! My issue comes with the master bed, so hard-even with the topper & the pillows were also hard. But, if you like a super firm mattress & pillows, this is your jam! It was clean, but could have been a bit cleaner...I'm wondering if they hurried since it was Easter weekend. Nothing horrible, just some random crumbs. So many places to walk to! Winn Dixie across the street & walkable if necessary. Short walk to 2 fabulous restaurants that you must go check out. La Paz & Bric a Brac!! Overall, great stay that I would recommend to anyone! Also, great staff at the desk, super upbeat, friendly and helpful!

The pictures don't do the views justice. Great views from every room. Worked from here the month of February and could not have enjoyed the home or location more. Great restaurants and stores in walking and biking distance. Plenty more for a short drive. Furniture a bit large and outdated but beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. Condo was great size for a 2bed/2bath. All staff and security were great. Felt very safe and at home. We would stay here again anytime.

The new balcony furniture was great. The new dishwasher, that was installed while we were there, is excellent. The couch is getting threadbare and uncomfortable to sit on with the plywood underneath. The condo is well stocked with all the utensils and dishes you need. We enjoyed our stay and have already booked for next year. The staff at SLT were very attentive and nice.

Our condo was very nice but could use a new couch. It’s a little crazy to pay good money and have a couch that you can see the plywood sticking out of the cushions. The beach and property were still very well taken care of. The rest of the condo was very nice minus the couch.

The room itself was nice but the master bedrooms bed was terrible and the door didn’t lock! I would definitely book again through shoreline towers but not the same unit. Though it has a beautiful view and the unit is very well decorated the master bedroom faults is a deal breaker.

Our experience was wonderful. We've stayed in Shoreline Towers for many years, and thus condo was great. The master bed left a little to be desired in terms of the bed comfortableness, and the living room couch was a bit worn, but still comfortable! The kitchen was wonderfully outfitted with things that we needed to make food and serve the food. The views from the living room and master bedroom were beautiful.

Nice but one bad experience was when we arrived we found a smoke detector chirping, called the office and someone was to come up. No one came until Sun AM, she couldn't fix it and said she would have someone come later that day, no one came, Mon AM someone came and thought he had fixed it, we went out and came back it was chirping...called again someone came on Tues AM and fixed it by taking it out. I had had 3 nights of sleeping (trying to) with chirping every 30 seconds. My only other comment was that the duvet cover in the master should be laundered along with the soiled matching pillow cover. Duvet cover didn't look soiled just kind of smelled like it needed a cleaning.

The location of this condo is excellent. Loved the view of the ocean. Felt like home to us for a week and we have four children that stayed comfortably in the second bedroom. It was cooler then normal temps outside so the heated pool came in handy for the kids. Just beware that they may want to keep doing that instead of going to the ocean, lol. I would recommend this condo and location

Recommend the RAILING from the walkway TO the BEACH SAND be EXTENDED all the way to the SAND as it used to be. With recent changes the railing ends four(4)STEPS short of the beach which makes it difficult to maintain your balance. Many people need the railing to hold onto to even gain access to the platform as the sand is deeper there at the access point where you wash your feet.

We stayed in unit 2075 for our annual vacation in Destin and it was very comfortable. Unit was clean and outfitted with everything we needed. Great beach view and, while I know the property has no control over it, the weather was FABULOUS all week! Thanks for another great experience!

Fun.... the air conditioner in thus unit did not work properly and there is no lock on balcony door so if you have children probably not a hood place to stay, other than being hot and the unit is really well remodeled

Everything in the room was fantastic except for the refrigerator
It was always hard to close and there was never enough ice
Considering we were only 2 people the ice maker seemed to be out of ice most of the time

We were very pleased with our room. Everything was clean and we had no issues. The only thing we would suggest is to give your guards more training. It took them forever to check us in and tell us to go to the office. Thank you and we will stay again.
